Your approx. 90sqm "Liachtgrab`n" apartment is in the basement, is one of 3 apartments in our house and, as the name suggests, has a large, beautiful, green light ditch with an approx. 60sqm terrace that offers a lot of daylight into all living rooms.
The apartment has 1 living room, 1 kitchen with direct access to the terrace, 2 bedrooms (one double and one single) and 1 bathroom and can accommodate up to 3 people.
The approx. 90sqm apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 large living room with adjoining kitchen and an integrated dining area with corner seat and a bathroom with daylight.

In your living room you can make yourself comfortable on the comfortable pull-out sofa in front of the satellite TV.

The bathroom has a bath, shower, toilet and pissor.
Both bedrooms have a double bed and one bedroom has a couch that can accommodate a fifth person.
