Arbio apartments feature cozy double beds and private shower bathrooms complete with hairdryers. You'll find our kitchenettes well-equipped with stoves/ovens and, in some cases, dishwashers, perfect for whipping up a quick breakfast.

*Cleaning Policy:
The will be clean only before and after your stay. If you wish to have extra cleaning, you can book it in our extra services for an additional price.

*Longer stays
We offer monthly discount for longer period of stay. Please kindly let us know if you are interested in staying longer with us !

A security deposit will be held and authorized on your credit card during the reservation process. This amount is only authorized and blocked on your credit card and will be released within 7 days after check out if no damages are incurred during the stay.
The apartment has quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am. Please respect the neighbors and speak quietly in the stairwell in the evening.
