Alice's house is located in the small township of Chia,it's immersed in the Mediterranean scrub. It's a Terraced house with a spectacular sea of the Chia Tower,the house has one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with two singular bed with an bathroom without shower, another bathroom with showers large living-room and a super equipped kitchen; outside in the small garden there is another shower. The centerpiece of the Alice'home is certainly its terrace:beautiful and spacious. The house is locked at the strategic point to start exploring Chia. The first beaches a two minutes by car and the other beaches are slightly further away.
Alice’s house is located in the small village of Chia, immersed in the Mediterranean maquis. It is a terraced house, with a spectacular view of the Torre di Chia, ideal for a family or a small group of friends who want to relax and enjoy the sea. It’s equipped with all the comforts: air conditioning in every room, wifi, dishwasher. The house is on one floor, has two bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds with bathroom in the room without shower, full bathroom, kitchen and living area with sofa bed. In the small garden there is an outdoor shower.

The car can be parked in the square in front of the house.

The highlight of the house is definitely its terrace, beautiful spacious, equipped with sun loungers to relax outdoors and tables and chairs to enjoy the typical Sardinian products.

Located in a strategic point to start the exploration of Chia. La first beach, that of the dunes is 2 minutes away by car, others are a little further away. The market ,gastronomy are 800 meters.
