Villa for 6, Totally Private Outdoor Pool, unheated Indoor Pool

Villa Tilya is a luxurious holiday villa located in a peaceful area surrounded by olive trees in Kalkan’s Kördere district. The villa has a capacity to accommodate up to 6 people in its three bedrooms and boasts a secluded outdoor pool, ensuring a peaceful and private swimming experience. In addition to the outdoor and indoor pools, Villa Tilya offers luxurious facilities such as a hammam, sauna, and Jacuzzi.

Ground Floor

The ground floor level of Villa Tilya boasts a large open-plan area that seamlessly combines the living, dining, and kitchen spaces. This exquisitely designed space is illuminated by natural light that flows through sliding glass doors, which also offer direct access to the pool terrace and the outdoor dining area located at the side of the villa under a shady pergola. The living room is tastefully decorated and features two comfortable sofas, a large smart TV, and a coffee table. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the essential appliances, including a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave oven and kettle and has an adjacent dining table, which comfortably seats six.

An area adjacent to the living space is dedicated to guests' leisure and entertainment. The facilities here include a sauna, a Turkish bath, and a games area equipped with table tennis and table football.

The first bedroom can also be found on the ground floor and offers direct access to the pool terrace through sliding glass doors. The room features a king size bed and an en-suite shower room.

First Floor

A staircase leads to the first-floor landing where the unheated indoor pool can be found. Entered by means of four steps this is some 3 x 2 metres and has a depth of 95 cm.

Villa Tilya’s other two bedrooms are located on either side of the indoor pool. The luxurious master double bedroom features a large jacuzzi bath, flat screen tv, an en-suite shower room and a furnished balcony with olive grove views.

The third bedroom is a twin with an en-suite shower room and a furnished balcony with olive grove views.

Bedrooms

Bedroom 1 - Double en-suite shower room, king size bed, wardrobe, dressing table with mirror, air-conditioning. Direct access to the pool terrace through glazed sliding doors.

Bedroom 2 - Twin en-suite, single beds, shower room, wardrobe, dressing table with mirror, air-conditioning. Furnished balcony with olive grove views.

Bedroom 3 - Double en-suite shower room, king size bed, jacuzzi bath, wardrobe, dressing table with mirror, flat screen tv, air-conditioning. Furnished balcony with olive grove views.

Outdoors

The pool terrace at Villa Tilya is stunning, boasting an impressive array of pool areas for guests to enjoy. At the heart of the terrace is a grand main pool measuring an expansive 11.5 by 4 meters, with a depth of 1.55 meters, complete with a children's pool integrated into its design. Adding to the overall allure of the terrace, an ornamental pool with a serene waterfall and charming fountain features creates an enchanting atmosphere that guests can delight in while unwinding to the soothing sound of trickling water.

The pool terrace is furnished with an abundance of high-quality amenities designed to provide the ultimate relaxation and pleasure experience. Comfortable garden furniture and an al fresco dining area invite guests to indulge in delectable meals and refreshing drinks while basking in the warmth of the sun. Six luxurious sun loungers, a swing, and two parasols offer ample opportunities for leisurely lounging, guaranteeing that guests will find a space to unwind and soak up the idyllic surroundings.
