The nearby beach clubs of “Kalkan Beach Park”, “Green beach” and “Villa Mahal” can all be visited for a small daily fee, and  offer sun beds, umbrellas, café or restaurant and water taxi services into Kalkan harbour.

The Fistik Ev is something different from the usual Kalkan holiday villa, designed for cool, comfortable and private living.  The layout is upside down with a first floor open plan living area and balcony overlooking the sea. The bedroom and bathroom are on the ground floor with cool garden views.

The ground floor bedroom is spacious with French doors and windows overlooking the mature garden planted with native fruit trees, jacaranda and Norfolk island pine. The bedroom features a comfortable super king double bed, his and her double wardrobes, bedside tables and makeup table. Next to the bedroom is a large air conditioned bathroom with separate walk in shower and corner bath. The bathroom windows have one way glass for additional privacy.

The first floor open plan living area offers sea views from every angle. The handmade kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need, a large fridge/freezer, Franke oven and hob, extractor and dishwasher. A dining area and lounge with L-shaped sofa completes the living space. French doors from the lounge connect to a sweeping sea view balcony which gets the full sun from lunchtime to sunset. To the rear of the living area is a smaller second balcony which gets morning sun and afternoon shade.

The front balcony is furnished with seating for two including a dining table. The rear balcony has seating for two and small coffee table. Outside the Frangipani garden terrace has a private plunge pool (2.0 x 4.5m) with roman steps, two sunbeds and large umbrella.
