Building with only 3 apartments on each floor and with elevator. Entrance to the building with ramp. Access to the Sa Gavina pool. Located 400 meters from the beach.

2 bedroom apartment. There are 2 single beds in each bedroom and a sofa bed for 2 people in the living room. Maximum occupancy 6 people, includes children. Sheets and towels aavailable on your arrival day in the apartment. We provide a change of sheets every 7 nights, not towel change. Towels change comes with a suplement.

Apartment located on the ground floor with a terrace, or on the upper floor with a balcony (there is an elevator). If you have any preference, please contact us. Air conditioning in the living room. Views from the balcony or terrace to the enclosed garden / village.

Building without parking. All bathrooms and kitchens have been renovated in the apartments of C Building. Situated on Arquitecte Gaudi Street numer 13.

Extras on arrival:
- If you bring a pet: 7 eur per night to be paid upon arrival.
- Deposit of 150 eur to be deposited upon arrival by CASH ONLY.
- Tourist tax: 1.10 eur per night to be paid upon arrival (BY CASH ONLY, maximum 7 nights and over 17years old).

Key delivery and registration between 4pm and 7pm. For later arrivals, essential with prior confirmation, it will be necessary to send documentation and card as guarantee.
