Hestia, a spacious villa in the dunes with jacuzzi and sauna near the village Nes.

The owners have thought carefully about the layout of Hestia, which is influenced by its location in the middle of the dunes. The use of natural materials such as oak wood was the source of inspiration for many Scandinavian design furniture made of the same material. The color palette also matches the beautiful clear skies of the Wadden Sea.

LAYOUT HOUSE
The villa can be entered via both the basement and the ground floor. The basement, which is cool in summer, is accessible via an oak staircase. Here is a practical storage room, ideal for boots, beach equipment or wet coats; there is also a pour-out sink. In the hall downstairs is the washing machine and dryer in a child-friendly lockable technical room. The basement also houses the 4 bedrooms, 2 luxurious bathrooms and a Finnish sauna.

On the ground floor is an entrance with cloakroom and guest toilet. The luxurious open kitchen is very complete and equipped with all conveniences such as a Siemens induction hob, combi-microwave oven, fridge with separate freezer compartment, a Nespresso machine and a dishwasher (see characteristics for all appliances).

Hestia has a very spacious, bright, attractive living room with two comfortable sitting areas, a large dining table, flat screen television, underfloor heating and a fireplace. The second large table is ideal for being creative, working “at home”, holding a team meeting or simply playing games together. Via the open staircase in the living room you reach the loft where you can relax, read a book or watch television.

BEDROOMS (4)
Three bedrooms have electrically adjustable Swiss-sense beds with a very generous mattress size (90x210cm). The robust bunk bed in the fourth bedroom has the same generous mattress sizes. Two bedrooms have a desk where you can work well if desired.

WELLNESS AND BATHROOMS (2)
There are 2 luxurious bathrooms, one of which has a double sink, toilet, two large rain showers and a Finnish sauna. The second nice bathroom also has a double sink, bathtub and toilet.

Of course, this luxury villa has a jacuzzi* on the terrace.

TERRACE
Through the French doors you reach the partly covered veranda and the large terrace with windbreak, parasols, a large teak dining table, 4 teak lounge chairs and 2 teak sun beds. In the summer you can eat outside with the Cobb XL table barbecue!

The private parking offers space for 2 cars and several bicycles. There is an electric charging station (can be used with a special tag in the home).

ENVIRONMENT
Due to its central location, the entire island is fantastic to explore. Via a bicycle / foot path you can cross the dunes to the beach of Nes (700m), or you can take various circular walks through the woods, dunes and beach. The village and many shops are only 1.2km away.

* The jacuzzi can be used weather permitting. For your own safety, the jacuzzi is closed (out of use) from wind force 5 and it is also prohibited to use it during thunderstorms and storms.

Deposit
For most holiday homes, a security deposit applies, which is charged separately. This is stated on the confirmation from Eiland Verhuur. The deposit is paid together with the remaining balance and will be refunded within 14 days, provided no damage has been found after departure.
