Layout of the house
This house is on the ground floor. The spacious living room has patio doors to the terrace, flat screen TV and DVD player (TV with an extensive range of German channels). In addition to books, there are also a number of board games on the bookshelf.

The open kitchen is equipped with: refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, food processor, gas stove and grill.

The washing machine and dryer are in the utility room just off the kitchen. There is also an ironing board with an iron. This room can also be reached through an outside door on the east side of the house.

The bathroom has a small outside window. There is a shower and bath. In addition to the toilet in the bathroom, there is a separate guest toilet in the hall.

Bedrooms
Two bedrooms are equipped with comfortable box-spring beds, and one has Tempur mattresses in a double bed. The three bedrooms each also have space to retreat. There is also a TV in two bedrooms.

The bungalow stands on a spacious piece of private land with a terrace. The garden offers a lot of privacy with a terrace on the south and west. There is a dining table with chairs and 2 sunbeds. Private parking is available. Nothing stands in the way of a relaxing stay!

Deposit
For most holiday homes, a security deposit applies, which is charged separately. This is stated on the confirmation from Eiland Verhuur. The deposit is paid together with the remaining balance and will be refunded within 14 days, provided no damage has been found after departure.
