Small and cosy place near everything you need
Location was good for us. Nearest supermarket just next block, beach few minutes and town ~25 min walking distance. Property is small and brand new. There is an elevator you can use. Small swimming pool (not heated) and some gym stuff available downstairs. Cleaning was every other day. We had a sea view with bedroom on "upstairs" and view was as expected. Balcony with table and chairs were great.
Kitcheware was very limited (example one cutting knife only, no peeling knife, one frying pan, one kettle and as they were bit oversized, hard to have both at stove same time). Shower was bit small in a corner and no curtain or any other protection for water so bathroom was half wet after shower. No spatula to dry. Also shower head had no support so you have to keep it on you hand all time. Stairs to bedroom had no handrail so getting down was bit a challenge in the beginning. Only very few sockets/outlets available as i was working remotely thus needed some equipment for that. Upstairs betroom is very warm to sleep due AC outlet is downstairs and does not fan upstairs at all. There was a separate normal fan to compensate but actually, it had only small help. Also you could not adjust AC temperature (was fixed +23c). AC compressor was installed at balcony so if you use AC and stay in balcony, AC compressor fan flow all air towards people in balcony.
