The space
The house is designed so it's all on one level with the swimming pool being the centre for the entire living space. The kitchen / lounge and each bedroom all open directly out to the pool, terrace and garden.

The huge covered terrace with large sofas and big dining table enables outdoor living at all times regardless of the weather. High ceilings in every room give an amazing feel of space and comfort wherever you are in the villa.

The house has 50 Mb fibre optic WIFI and a large Smart TV, as well as high quality appliances throughout the kitchen.

The villa is situated behind two remote controlled gates, providing extra levels of security.

Those staying 3 nights or more will have access to the washing machine and dryer.

Other things to note:

- The consumption of electricity is not included in the rental price ands has to be paid separately . The consumption is based on meter reading upon check in & check out date.
E.g: An average consumption with AC will cost +/-15us$/day. Without AC +/- 5us$/day . A deposit of 20us$/day ( depending on your stay) has to be paid cash upon ‘Check- in Date’. If the TENANT doesn’t consume more than 20us$/day, the TENANT will get a refund in cash for any unconsumed usage of electricity. If the TENANT consumes more, it has to be paid extra.

- This is the DR, were some utilities like internet, electricity and water can experience some disturbances/interruptions. if these disturbances are out of our control, these interruptions are not a case for any refund.
the house has a back up solar powered inverter to guarantee non stop electricity supply during black outs for basic appliances.

- There are two security cameras externally that act as deterrents to potential burglars. One outside master bedroom that appears to monitor the garden / swimming pool area and one near front of house that appears to monitor front passage / front door area. Both are switched off at all times, they are only there to act as deterrents. They used to be functioning when the owner lived there, but not now.

-Do not leave food out ever. It encourages the tiniest of creatures to invade the house. Remember , this is a tropical environment :-)
While we take significant measures to keep these nosey visitors away from your vacation rental , please be aware that they may find their way into house to look for food. Tropical pests include, ants, geckos, palmetto bugs, crickets and even small palm mice
