La VILLA PACHUCO est une villa fraîche et naturellement ventilée de style colonial espagnol de 320 m² lotie dans un jardin tropical privatif de 1700 m².

Elle est composée de 4 chambres double climatisées avec chacune sa salle de bains et son wc. Une des chambres est séparée du corps principal de la villa et se présente sous forme d'un bungalow avec sa salle de bains et son wc. Un spacieux salon équipé d'un TV écran plat 65" Smart TV avec NETFLIX, SPOTIFY, YOUTUBE et beaucoup d'autres applications en streaming internationales, avec une partie cuisine ouvre sur une grande terrasse couverte donnant sur le jardin luxuriant et la piscine.

L'ensemble est très protégé et calme au milieu d'une nature fleurie et exubérante. La plus belle plage de Las Terrenas ' Playa las ballenas ' est à seulement 200 m.

La Villa se situe dans un quartier résidentiel calme tout en étant proche du village et de ses animations.
Des activités telles que: voile, pêche au gros, plongée sous marine, excursions, kite-surf ou même tennis sont proposées.

La consommation d'électricité est à régler en supplément au prix de 20RDS/Kwt. A ce titre, une caution de 1500RDS/nuit sera à verser au check-in, le solde par rapport à la consommation effective sera à payer ou remboursé à la sortie.

La capacité de la villa étant de 15 personnes maximum (enfants inclus), les clients se présentant en nombre supérieur à 15 personnes se verront refuser l'accès à la propriété pour la totalité du groupe et ne recevront aucun remboursement ni dédommagement.

Superbe villa

Nous étions 10 personnes dont 4 adultes et 6 enfants, c'était notre première expérience de voyage avec une villa. Nous avons tout simplement adoré, la villa est superbe et très propre, à proximité de la ville, de la plage. Le terrain aussi est magnifique avec sa piscine qui possède 2 coté séparé creux et pas creux parfait pour soit nager / sauter ou sois chiller dans le pas creux. La maison est très sécuritaire avec son terrain cloturer te le portail à l'entrée. Nous avons manquer de rien, la villa est vraiment adapté au visiteur. Le propriétaire ainsi que le responsable sont très à l'écoute. J'y retournerai sans hésitation! Je la recommande assurément

Beautiful Villa

As good as Villa Pachuca looks in the pictures, it is even more beautiful in person. Very spacious living room and kitchen, and a large outdoor dining table and seating area. The backyard is a paradise with many beautiful trees and plants. The villa itself is located less than 2 minutes from the beach by ATV/car, and less than 10 minutes walking. Arnaud made the check-in/out process very easy and China kept the house very clean. I give this property a 10 out of 10 and would highly recommend.

Little paradise

Villa Pachuco is a little paradise hidden in an alley just a short walk from the beach. The villa consists of the main house with 3 bedrooms and a separate bungalow on the property. There are 2 pools, one for swimmers and one suitable for smaller kids. There is a cleaning service everyday except sunday ans the owner of the property is very kind and helpful.

Great Location

Fantastic villa in superb location, about 10 mins walk to the wonderful beach. Accommodation was great for our 3 families and the pool and gardens ideal for the children. Day to day housekeeping was provided by China and was on the whole fine, although there was a shortage of toilet rolls at one point! The manager Arnaud was also very responsive although voice messages rather than direct conversations was a little frustrating at times. Villa Pachuco could be a 5* property but does need upgrades to kitchen and bathrooms before it would gain that accolade in my opinion. Also the chairs and sofas are all stone built with a relatively thin cushion on top so there is nowhere really to sit and be comfortable for any length of time. But overall a great location and we had a really good time there!

A wonderful week in a great location. There is an issue with mosquitoes especially at the start and end of the day. Next time I'd bring better repellant than available locally and maybe some other counter measures; light traps or bed nets.

Beautiful paradise

Villa Pachucho is a beautiful property very close to the beach. The pictures describe the property perfectly. The food cooked by the local staff was amazing. The beaches are pristine and various to choose from. There are several restaurants to walk to. I would definitely stay there again.

The villa was beautiful, well located and close to the beach and also had a lovely pool. We were 9 people and the villa was spacious and very comfortable. We organized a meal for New Year's Eve that was prepared by Nokerli and China and it was very tasty and nicely served. However there were two negatives: when we ran out of toilet tissue we were told we had to supply it ourselves. Considering what it cost to rent the villa for a week, that was ridiculous! The other negative factor was that Las Terrenas was shabby and had a lot of garbage on the streets. Indeed, there was a lot of litter, such as plastic bottles and paper cups, on the beach. That was a shame! Otherwise, our families had a great vacation and enjoyed themselves.

Great Tropical Holiday home

This is an ideal property for convivial family/friends holiday. Great open kitchen adjacent to very spacious indoor & outdoor sitting/dining area. We had great BBQ evenings, enjoyed the pool, close to the beach, close to the village to get fresh bread in the morning and walking distance from stunning beach night life !!! Great for young and old !!

La casa es muy buena y tiene un muy buen ambiente sala /terraza para compartir en familia. Se presta mucho para compartir en familia. La casa esta muy limpia y la atencion de parte de las personas fue muy buena. Respoden a las necesidades que se presentaron de manera rapida. El unico detalle que puedo mencionar en tono positivo es que el aire de la habitacion principal enfria muy poco

Fantastic for families

We booked this property because the house looked amazing and I have to say - it does not disappoint! We were 5 adults and 6 kids and everyone had their own space! The pool was amazing and we really enjoyed it! The manager of the property, Merlin, was very responsive and super friendly! She let us know which apps to download to order food and anything else we needed! China and her daughter cooked for us everyday, mostly for breakfast and dinner and they were magical and magnificent! So so thoughtful and we always had a surprise that was unexpected and delicious. The house is super close to the beach and a few cool restaurants. We never closed the doors within the house itself, just the outside gates, and we felt totally safe. We felt right at home! Thank you

Beautiful home

Villa Pachuco is a beautiful home, large rooms and bathrooms. The house is well kept, beautiful gardens, perfect swimming pool for good swimmers. The area is safe, residential, 7 minutes walk to Playa Ballenas and 1/2 by car to Playa Bonita ( private beach). The housekeepers very friendly, helpful, excellent cooking, kept the house spotless. We enjoyed our vacation and plan to come back soon.

Matched expectations

We were a family of 7 going to the Dominican Republic in February 2020 for 14 days. Before going we had a really good communication with Richard (the owner), and a week before flying I was concated by AIC (a local company in Las Terrenas handling in/out-checking, questions during the stay etc). Richard was excellent. He answered very quickly and made everything so easy. The cleaning was ok, but behind stow, refrigerator, wires etc it was dirty-but we were very relaxed about it and didn’t think bad about it. The cleaning lady’s name is China and you can also book her and her daughter to cook and get grosseries during the stay. That is a must! Very good food and so relaxing. In average we spend 3.000 pesos per day in grosseries for 5 adults and 2 kids. That’s including breakfast, lunch and dinner. The house is a really cool outdoor living place with good space. The pool is nice to cool down in and was a hit among our kids. From AIC we had Eduardo as contact and he was really a good service minded man that you could ask everything you needed to know. He helped us with booking tours, getting ATV’s etc. and he spoke English. English is not that common, so you are much better of with Spanish. Mosquitoes are present, but not in the number I expected-it was fewer then expected. The location was good. Really calm. It took 5 min and 24 sec to walk to the beach. And what a beach! Always calm as it was inside the reefs. A mixture of sand, coral, seaweeds and rocks made bathing and snorkeling really good. We went to different beaches in Dom Rep and to be honest-the beach 5-6 min away from the house were among my favorites. The town of Las Terrenas is a typical Caribbean town with noisy scooters/traffic, garbage laying around and a good welcoming atmosphere with good food and drinks. Despite garbage and traffic it is charming. From the house it took 20 min to walk. Never felt unsafe or threatened in any way. The nearest Supermarket was 30 minutes walk away. A rented ATV or Scooter are preferable. I’m a cigar smoker and I had heard that cigars were expensive in Dom Rep due to taxes etc, and they were. In Europe it is cheaper to purchase cigars from Dom Rep then buying them in the two cigar stores in Las Terrenas. Disappointing. Overall I can recommend the house, the owner and the location. It is an authentical Caribbean experience you get.

pleasant stay

The house was nice and China was great. The big downside is that the property is described as steps to the ocean/beach. It was not. We had to drive about 5 minutes through not so pretty roads, etc. to get to the beach. There was also behind the house a big swamp of of water and garbage which we believe is why there were so many mosquitos in the house. Would be great if that would be cleaned for health reasons and if the description of the location of the property was more accurate. But the house overall is in good shape and has many good things.

Un petit coin de paradis...

Villa magnifique ou nous y avons séjourné avec nos enfants. L'accueil est de grande qualité . La maison est d'une grande propreté et très fonctionnelle. La situation géographique est ideal ( à 200 m d'une plage paradisiaque ) Merci à l'equipe d'avoir été au petit soins tout en discretion. La villa pachuco est un petit coin de paradis . Nous recommandons vivement et comptons bien y revenir.

We had a wonderful time

We just recently returned from Villa Pachuco and the trip was amazing. We stayed at the villa for 8 days and found ourselves on a different beach each day. So the location was good to go west to playa Coson or east to playa Moron. We rented a car so we were able to go to the waterfalls and the zip lines without any problems. Then came the best part. After a long day of doing absolutely nothing but relaxing, we would return home and find the table set and dinner ready. China and her help were amazing. Our favorite was the bbq. Overall it was a perfect trip. The lights went out twice and the backup didn’t come on, but it was only for about 10 minutes and after living in the Dominican for 2 years, it was not a big deal at all. Thank you so much for letting us stay at your villa. We had an incredible time.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

La maison présente une toiture revêtue de Cana mais dont la structure est en dur et elle repose sur un vide sanitaire, le tout la rendant parfaitement isolée.
Elle dispose d'inverseurs électriques de sorte que les éventuelles coupures de courants qui sont assez fréquentes à Las Terrenas ne constituent aucune gène pour les vacanciers.
Enfin, un système individuel de filtration de l'eau s'ajoute aux prestations spécifiques de la villa.
Pour finir, les conditions de repos sont assurées par des literies haut de gamme et une situation géographique de la villa à l'écart des nuisances nocturnes.
