Our family enjoyed a wonderful stay here. The apartment is modern and extremely well supplied. Bedding, pillows, toiletries, and bath towels are of high quality. Service and communication are exceptional. The location is close to most of Florence's most popular sites. Having rented apartments in many cities, I can confidently, and without reservation, recommend this property to anyone visiting Florence.

Wonderful place to stay. It is situated in a great location. The apartment was lovely and immaculate. The decor was elegant yet comfortable. The bathrooms had modern fixtures, and the bedrooms were decorated beautifully . The views from the bedrooms are just as they look on the website. There was an electronic entry so we didn't have to worry about who had the keys. We were six women staying in the three bedroom apartment. There was plenty of closet space with a good amount of hangers available. The beds were very comfortable. The check-in was efficient and easy— thank you, Cecilia. Check-out was nice as well. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Florence. I highly recommend to any family or group of friends who want to experience Florence together.

We miss our Firenze apartment!

We loved the accommodations and the helpful staff. The sheets and pillows were excellent quality, the apartment was quiet, and the location was perfect. When stocking groceries, make the quality better. Have plastic wrap or glass containers for leftovers to keep fresh in the refridgerater.

This was an exceptionally high end, well restored property. Can’t say enough about how beautiful it is. The management was incredibly accommodating and professional. Spoiled by this experience - can’t imagine any other place could compare.

An absolutely incredible place to stay. The host team was responsive and clearly took pride and care in what they did. They location was perfect. The building was gorgeous and had everything we needed. This place is within walking distance of so many great things. I would certainly stay here again if I'm in the area.

Amazing rental

The apartment is even more stunning in person. The decor and furnishings are first class. The location is perfect for exploring Florence. If we find ourselves in Florence again, I will definitely book this apartment.

Perfect location and gorgeous apartment

This property is the most beautiful with a fabulous location convenient and walkable to most anything in Florence. The apartment was immaculate and decorated with attention to the finest details. Strongly recommend to families or groups traveling together as the communal living space was a huge bonus.

Firenze for 5 days

Wonderful trip to Florence. Weather was great and our stay at Marchesa Olympia was ideal. A fantastic property. Clean with top notch construction and housewares. Perfect location and check in and the team on site were the best. Will return and recommend highly.

Amazing week end in Florence

Centrally located, secure, fully updated lovely apartment

We absolutely loved the location as it was near all the important sites and museums. We loved the roominess and modern accomodations. The beds were comfy, the bathrooms were lovely. It was so nice to be able to use the kitchen for snacks and breakfast. The nespresso machine was a nice touch and we appreciate that dishwasher soap and laundry detergent was plentiful. Thank you for helping us to arrange the Tuk Tuk tour (so fun) and the guide for the museums. We enjoyed many of the suggested restaurants. Everything was great. I have already recommended your apartments to friends.

Unbelievable

This apartment is an oasis. If you have a family and want some space where you can spread out, I cannot recommend this property enough. It was especially nice to be able to come into the (real) air conditioning mid-afternoon where the kids could rest and cool off before going back out again in the evening.

Great End to a 2024 Summer Vacation

The property was exactly what my family needed to end a hot summer vacation in Italy. The communication with property manager (Cecilia) was fantastic! She offered wonderful recommendations for restaurants (breakfast, lunch and dinner). All were winners for my family and conveniently located within walking distance of the property. From the cool air conditioning, wash/dryer and comfortable bedrooms and living area, the property was a fantastic way for my family to refresh and take a break from the site seeing throughout Florence. Great spot that I would recommend to other families looking for a place that makes their vacation easy.

Better than advertised.

This property is exceptional. It is actually significantly better that it is portrayed on the site. The unit is newly remodeled and beautiful. The location and the women managing the property are great. I would highly recommend this property. The only word of caution would be that all of the bedrooms are up a high spiral staircase. The staircase is wide and nice but if you have small children or people that have a difficult time climbing stairs, you might not consider this property. Cannot say enough good things about this property.

You'll Never Know What You Missed If You Don't Stay Here

Marchesa Olympia was simply amazing. The sense of design and attention to detail that are reflected in every aspect of the apartment are first-class. They have thought of everything and you will want for nothing. I highly recommend that you book the place now. Its location is perfect (one block from the Arno and a short walk to the best places in Florence) though I warn you that you may never want to leave the apartment. The staff support was wonderfulkind, professional, and always available for advice and suggestions. Stay here! Nothing. It's perfect!

Incredible place to stay

The host(ess) started us off right with keys and information and guided us thru to make sure we understood how things worked, locked, offered listing of favorite restaurants nearby and phone number in case we needed any assistance. The property is spectacular- clean and sparkling, beautifully decorated and uncluttered and bedrooms and bathrooms were over the top beautiful. We all had tremendous views of Florence , safe and secure location and walking distance to every site tourists want to see. Safe neighborhood, close to cafes, modern, so clean , closets illuminated when in use, bathrooms perfectly clean and designed so beautifully. This host and Vrbo location are A+ Royal treatment all the way. You will NEVER regret staying here- only regret is your time is up and have to leave. Wonderful is not a big enough word!

Beautiful Apartment

This apartment has been beautifully renovated. It is spacious (plenty of room for our family of 6), was clean and had everything we needed. We had a little trouble getting into the building because we had to call to let them know that we were there and our phone was not working. Thanks to our driver calling for us, we were able to contact the office. The air conditioner wasn’t working, but they brought us fans at 10:00pm & breakfast the next morning when the technician came & fixed it. The apartment is in a great location. Close to Santa Croce, Uffizi, restaurants & shops & 12 minute walk to Duomo.

This place is amazing

— if it is available for the dates of your stay, stop reading and just book it. It was perfect for our family of 6. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious with tons of storage (which seems to be lacking in most hotel rooms these days). The views are to die for! It’s in a great location, walkable to major attractions but not too close. There’s a bus stop right outside as well. The hosts were very communicative and friendly and helpful. The only downsides are that the washer/dryer is not up to American standards, so stuck with small loads. It was also impossible to get a taxi the couple of times we tried, though that was an issue with the taxi companies and not the unit. Our host tried her best to help us when we were leaving for the train station!
