Check in was easy and the house was clean and roomy - plenty of seating. Parking was more than adequate. Nice yard and porch was very great for sitting and relaxing. Easy access to restaurants and grocery store. Kitchen was well stocked with lots of dishes and cooking equipment.

It was exactly what we needed. A relaxing spot to rest and to enjoy the Gulf and the surrounding area. The house was comfortable and well stocked with anything we needed. It felt like we were staying at a friend’s place. When the host found that I would be working remotely part of the time she purchased a new office chair for me! Thank you, that was above and beyond.

great, porch light out, hall bath drained slow, master bath shower head needs adjusted very happy just giving a report on somethings you might want to check thanks....

Switch for porch light on outside, just below works fine. Shower head has small adjustment arm on the shower head, and can be adjusted to your level of comfort. I tried it. Sorry bath drain was a little slow; I plundered it and it improved. Thanks for your tips! I hope everything else was satisfactory.

A Lovely Little Gem

We loved our recent stay here. The house was so cute and well-appointed. We had everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to extra towels, to the bikes and boogie boards. Our children had a wonderful stay and the house and its neighborhood was so quiet and exactly what we were hoping for. I especially enjoyed looking at the guest book, seeing all the wonderful memories the owner and her friends and family and now other renters have enjoyed at this lovely house through the years. The house is far enough from the hustle and bustle of Port A itself (we were looking for a quiet home), but still convenient to all local attractions. Walmart and HEB are less than 5 minutes away, it is a short walk to Charlotte Plummer and other waterside restaurants and shops (as well as the water), and Rockport Beach is only minutes away by car. We made some wonderful memories here and our kids are already asking when we can go back!

Fantastic, Relaxing Home With Everything You Need

This home is so cute inside and beach theme decorated. It had everything you could need or want on vacation and then some! Fully outfitted kitchen, you just supply the food. I also loved how there were enough towels for an army, instead of the normal 1 per person. Nice relaxing porch to hang out on in a quiet neighborhood. Our family will definitely look for this rental again on our next visit to Rockport!!

Wonderful Home

This is a great home to stay in. Very comfortable, clean, and everything worked properly. Easy check in and out. The house seemed to have everything one would need. So nice to get a property with more than two towels, a single roll of paper towels, etc. Quiet neighborhood, not too far from the beach. Would definitely stay again for sure.

Comfy, Great location

The location is great! The neighborhood is quiet and right around the corner from the water and the main thoroughfare. The house is nice and big, beds are comfy, kitchen is fully stocked with pretty much anything you may need. We will definitely keep this home in mind for our next trip!

Weekend in Fulton

Nice and quiet, shady property. Good location and easy access to Fulton and Rockport sites. Bedding smelled bad and dead roaches in multiple rooms. Furniture worn and a bit tired. The place was OK and comfortable but doubt we’ll stay there again.

So sorry that you walked into rooms with dead bugs. My property is treated quarterly by professionals and was in early June. However, management company failed to check the property before your arrival. I have spoken with them about improving housekeeping and that I expect "hotel standards of cleanliness"! They vowed to improve. I do extra cleaning each time we go too, usually monthly. We continue to try to improve and replace items in the property, while still assuring it is comfortable and cozy and enjoyable!

There is no beach. Listing included photos of beach. Location was surrounded by RV parks. It was well maintained, but there was no water view, contrary to statement of property manager.

Wow! I didn't mean to mislead you with pictures of Rockport beach. The house is located in Fulton, 3 miles (6-7 minutes by car) to the beautiful Rockport swimming beach. The house is located in a quiet area, 1/2 block from the Rockport-Fulton primary school. The block is mostly homes except for 2-3 mobiles and RV's. A home is also directly behind us. The walk to Fulton waterfront park is about 2 1/2 blocks away, where people fish from the banks and where Oysterfest is celebrated. Sorry you were mislead and somewhat disappointed!
