Maison de concepteur nouvellement construite - Bayblock - Plage privée - À quelques minutes du cœur de Cape May!

Salut, je m'appelle Heather! Je suis une infirmière de l'USIN et c'est ma maison nouvellement construite dans le quartier de la baie! Dans un quartier calme, quelques maisons de notre propre plage privée sur la baie du Delaware, avec des couchers de soleil panoramiques rouges tous les soirs! Souvent, vous pouvez également apercevoir des bancs de dauphins dans la baie au coucher du soleil.
Caractéristiques de ma maison: téléviseurs dans deux chambres, terrasse, salon et salle à manger, barbecue, douche extérieure, cour clôturée, 3 places de parking. Maison de plain-pied. L'étage est inachevé. Tout + toutes les chambres sont toutes au premier étage. 3 minutes de la plus grande cave de Cape May, à 8 minutes du centre-ville victorien de Cape May, à distance de marche du bar et du restaurant en bord de mer local.

J'ai construit la maison en 2017, et en tant qu'architecte d'intérieur semi-professionnel - j'ai conçu cette maison avec un charme méridional et une invitation d'inspiration rustique, et se sent comme à la maison. À quelques pas de la plage et à quelques minutes du centre-ville de Cape May.
La maison est neuve, avec des appareils GE haut de gamme neufs. J'essaie de rendre votre séjour le plus merveilleux possible. J'espère que tu profites de ton séjour!

Ce qui rend cette maison unique:
       La plage appartient à des propriétaires privés, donc pas besoin d'étiquettes de plage ni de soucis de la foule! La plage est généralement à vous de partager avec seulement quelques voisins. Calme, relaxant et à quelques maisons en bas de la rue.

This house was fantastic! A group of 5 of us stayed for a girls weekend and this was the perfect rental. The house was immaculate and had all the amenities and supplies you could need. The beds were easily the most comfy we’ve ever experienced in a rental. It’s in a nice neighborhood as well, about 10 mins from the center of Cape May.

We had such a wonderful stay in Cape May for spring break with my husband and kids. The host was incredibly accommodating and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. They checked in to make sure everything was going well and were always quick to respond whenever I reached out, which we really appreciated.The home itself was just as welcoming—clean, comfortable, and perfect for a family getaway. One of the best parts was the location. It’s just a short walk to a beautiful beach, and the sunsets were absolutely gorgeous—something we looked forward to every evening.Anyone would be lucky to stay here. I highly recommend making this your next getaway—but take good care of it, because we’ll definitely be back!

Beautiful, clean and just steps from the beach

Our family had a wonderful stay at this house. It's right on the beach block, so an easy walk to the bay - we loved sitting outside on the porch with coffee in the morning and walking down to watch the bayside sunsets at night. The fenced in yard and outdoor games were great for our young kids. Owner was very responsive to our questions and the house was in perfect shape. Very friendly, quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend!

Lovely home at the beach at Christmas!

The home was updated, clean, and had everything you could ask for! We arrived to a little christmas tree lit next to the fireplace - a perfect start to our weekend in town for the annual Christmas Parade. The hosts were very responsive and so kind. We would certainly stay here again!

5 Stars All the Way! We Enjoyed Our Stay!

This was my first time renting on VRBO as we usually stay in hotels but since my Mom was coming, I thought a home would be better and this rental did not disappoint. The house was extremely cozy, very clean and so accommodating. It was like a home away from home and the owners were wonderful. This is a perfect rental for a family at a quiet, beautiful beach. The house has everything you need. It is clean and comfortable. The outside shower is great!!! The owner is also very responsive and easy to get a hold of if needed. We would definitely rent this house again or one of the other houses owned by this company.

Highly recommend this home in North Cape May. Fantastic location less than a block from the beach - home itself is beautiful, nice hangout space inside and out, comfortable beds, very clean. Air conditioning kept us very comfortable despite the heat. Had a great time at the beach and in town. Stayed here with our family of five and had a great week! Also, Heather was super responsive!

A fun summer getaway

We enjoyed our stay at this house. It was clean, but the common space was a bit smaller than expected from the pictures. The beach was right down the street which was convenient but keep in mind the house is in Lower Township on the bay side, so the vibe was definitely different than the rest of Cape May.

Great for 3 generation family!

From our 12 year old to his 91 year old grandfather, we all loved this place. In fact, my mother in law wants to buy it and didn’t want to leave. Thank you for having everything we could possibly need while visiting Cape May. We loved every minute and it was a highlight of our summer.

Close walk to a beautiful, quiet beach

Our family traveled to stay here recently and were very happy with our stay. At first we didn't know if it would be spacious enough for our newborn and toddler + in-laws but it was more then enough. Even the backyard had more space then we thought! More importantly it was a 10-15 minute drive to everything. Downtown Cape May, wineries, golfing etc. Very happy with our stay here.
