Granville Heights is set in one of the most perfect coastal locations in North Devon, with uninterrupted sea views and an ideal holiday base from which to explore the area. Perfect for a range of travelers, a romantic retreat, a walking holiday or a family friendly escape.

Living room: Soft comfortable sofas. Large Smart TV, DVD, Electric fire, Patio door leading onto south facing decked balcony with far-reaching views of the town, coastline and surrounding countryside
Kitchen: Well equipped fitted kitchen with electric cooker, electric hob, integrated microwave, toaster, electric kettle, integrated dishwasher, American style fridge & freezer, variety of kitchen utensils and dining table with sitting for 4.
Utility area : Utility area with washer/dryer.
Bathroom : Bath with shower over, wash basin, WC and heated towel rail.
Bedroom 1 : Double bedroom with wardrobe, dressing table, bedsides, TV and patio door leading onto decked balcony. En-suite bathroom with shower cubicle, heated towel rail, WC and wash basin.
Bedroom 2 : Twin bedroom with two single beds, single wardrobe and chest of drawers.
Garden: South facing decked balcony off living room and master bedroom with garden furniture, providing impressive views over the sea, countryside and town.
Parking: Automatic gated secure private parking for 1 car.
