Also, the apartment is strategically located and just 12 minutes by subway to the historical center where you can find the most representative places of the city: the magnificent construction Alcazaba of Malaga, the Picasso museum in Malaga, the Cathedral, glass museum, the Roman theater or if you prefer the views of the city you will find the Gibralfaro Castle with beautiful views of the city, typical restaurants of the city and many more places that you will have to discover.

For stays of 28 days or longer, take into account the following information:
1. You will need to sign a lease contract
2. Utilities such as electricity, water and gas combined will be covered up to a total of 150 EUR per month. Any excess will be charged via resolution center once the bills are available. The Internet is complimentary for all stays and will not be taken into account here.
3. You will have to assume an additional fee for administrative services set at 150 EUR.
