Brand new house with a spectacular terrace of 80m2 in Vinarós, 5 minutes from the beach!
Two-storey house with capacity for 12 people in total with two independent floors!
On the second floor, two bedrooms, the master bedroom with double bed and double sofa bed for two children, and a second bedroom with two single beds.
On the second floor, two bedrooms, one master bedroom with a double bed, and the other with two single beds. In the living room there is a sofa bed for two more people.On both floors you will have a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room with dining table.
Air conditioning and heating in all the rooms and in both living rooms, to acclimatize the spaces. Washing machine, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, clothesline and hangers. In the kitchen there are coffee makers, toaster, oven, microwave and dishwasher.
Smart TV and satellite TV in the living room and free high speed WIFI in both apartments!
Crib available (please ask in advance).
On the second floor there is a cozy outdoor patio with a table to take the air or enjoy a good breakfast outside!
And on the second floor, up some stairs from the master bedroom, you will find the spectacular 80m2 terrace with barbecue. An incredible space to enjoy barbecues and family gatherings outdoors. With dining table and sunbathing area for sunbathing, definitely our favorite part of the whole house!
*Minimum age 30 years old.
*There is a public parking 5 minutes away.
*The guest will receive a link where he/she will have to pay the tourist tax imposed by the local government (not included in the final price of the accommodation).
In the same link also, you will have to register each guest, add your personal data and sign the contract prior to arrival.
*Late check-in has an additional cost of 35€ from 20h to 22h or 50€ from 22h to 00h.
