Profitez des 3 belles piscines du Hilton Waikoloa, qui comprennent des toboggans passionnants, de belles cascades, une piscine fluviale paresseuse et des grottes. Il y a aussi un lagon artificiel oĂč vous pouvez faire de la plongĂ©e et du kayak. IdĂ©al pour les familles avec de jeunes enfants. Ce laissez-passer quotidien permet Ă  jusqu'Ă  6 personnes par jour d'utiliser les piscines, de bĂ©nĂ©ficier d'un service de serviettes et d'obtenir un parking gratuit pour 1 voiture. Ceci est un paradis de divertissement de 1900 pieds carrĂ©s! Cette maison de ville est prĂȘte pour le plaisir! Venez jouer au billard sur notre table de billard. Le salon dispose d'une tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat de 50 pouces avec lecteur DVD et systĂšme de son surround. Toutes les chambres disposent d'une tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat et d'un lecteur DVD.

Cette maison de ville a trois chambres et trois salles de bain complÚtes. La chambre king a une télévision à écran plat de 42 pouces, véranda privée, douche à l'italienne, baignoire et vanité double évier. La deuxiÚme suite a un lit queen et salle de bain privée avec baignoire / douche. Le loft a un futon en taille réelle.

Juste Ă  l'extĂ©rieur du curseur du salon sur la vĂ©randa se trouve une cuisine extĂ©rieure avec barbecue pour votre plaisir. À quelques pas de lĂ , vous trouverez la cabane, la piscine et le jacuzzi.

Notre unitĂ© est bien Ă©quipĂ©e avec tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour rendre votre visite tout simplement parfaite. Un casier de plage entiĂšrement approvisionnĂ© avec des chaises de plage, des planches de bodyboard, des glaciĂšres et des serviettes de plage. À seulement 10 minutes Ă  pied de la trĂšs populaire baie 'Anaeho'omalu (A-Bay) pour de nombreuses activitĂ©s de plage.

Nous sommes littĂ©ralement juste en face de Queen's Marketplace et des Kings Shops qui ont un Starbucks, des restaurants, des bars, une aire de restauration, des Ă©piceries, un marchĂ© de producteurs, des magasins de vĂȘtements et de souvenirs, un magasin de crĂšme glacĂ©e, des locations de vĂ©los et bien plus encore.

The home was nice and comfortable, and the location across from Queen’s Marketplace is genuinely convenient for groceries, coffee, and meals. We did run into a couple of issues (plumbing and A/C), which were addressed.That said, the deciding factor in booking—after comparing several options—was the listing’s claim that it’s a 10-minute walk to A-Bay. In our experience, that wasn’t accurate. I walk regularly, and it was consistently 15–20 minutes at a normal pace. On paper, that may seem minor, but it changes the daily reality of a “walk to the beach” stay—especially when carrying chairs, a cooler, towels, or traveling with kids or seniors. It’s not the quick, leisurely stroll the listing implies.We’ve stayed at rentals on multiple islands and know what a true 10-minute beach walk feels like. If the listing reflected the actual walk time, we would have chosen a property genuinely closer to the beach. Since beach proximity was a key reason we booked, this was especially disappointing.Suggestions:‱ Reword beach proximity to reflect the real walk time.‱ Add a larger patio table (great space for meals; home sleeps 6).‱ Darken/clarify oven and stovetop markings.‱ Replace the hair dryer in the upstairs (non-primary) bedroom—it didn’t work.

Excellent stay!!! The check in was very easy the communication with the property management company Resortica Hawai’i was outstanding . The are very efficient with sending all necessary info on time and I had zero issues with any codes getting into property or front door. Kitchen facilities had everything like your own home kitchen

This property is in a good location, especially proximity to the pool. It was a great fit for teenagers with the pool table. Overall, the property is as listed with a well appointed kitchen. The only reason I made it a 4 star vs. 5 star, is that it's a bit worn and could use with a refresh. Most of the pool cues were well worn without felt so not really usable. The grill was very dirty and so we used the community grill instead. The pillows were terrible and very worn out and lumpy. Overall, we would recommend this property given it's location and floor plan.

My family said it was amazing. Luxurious and clean with plenty of space. Beds were comfy and the pool table was fun. We enjoyed the pool and local shopping. The beach was a short drive away and was great for lounging and swimming. The BBQ on the lanai barely worked but we were able to use the communal BBQs.

From booking to checkout the process was seamless. The property owners are extremely friendly and responsive. The unit is appropriately stocked for your stay. Not worth taking any stars off but there was no shampoo/conditioner in the showers so I bought some at the market across the street. On the last day when putting my belongings away I found a small trial size box with everything that I needed on the bathroom counter. The unit is clean and quiet. Will book here again!!!

Best of both worlds : stay & play or Hilton Pool Pass for the win!!

This is truly the best of both worlds!! 1. Rent a car from Turo @KOA pick up 2. Keep doors shut! AC will flip off if house gets too warm, quickly resolved by rental co. Much appreciated. Fitness center is onsite a couple blocks away. 3. Shampoo/ cond lotion and bar soap provided! 2. Don’t need to go to target there’s a great market directly across the street ABC store souvenir’s to home necessities! 3. Next door fancy shops and restaurants. Coffee açaí bowls yum! 4. Easy early morning walk to Hilton pools - but an afternoon pick up is the best way to end a warm pool day. Watch dolphins play/ poolside snacks and fun lagoon water experiences. 5. Nice little lava hike to lava lava lounge/public beaches. Best little 20 min adventure hike and beautiful blue water sea turtle encounter a few blocks away! 6. Book and enjoy! Grill/ chill/ regular coffee maker and grinder washer dryer feels like home in Hawaii!

Big, clean and perfectly located

This was our first trip to the big island and the stay at this condo was just perfect. It’s situated very close to the best white sand beaches on the island. There is a shopping center across the street with a market full of fresh goodies. Everything was clean and the kitchen worked out great for a few home cooked meals. It’s a big space so plenty of room for a large family or group. Pool was also fun right outside and we had a blast one day at the Hilton’s pool (a must see). Thank you to the owners and property manager for making the start of our vacation so wonderful

This property is exactly as described, and more! You feel like you're at your own home. There's plenty of backup supplies and little things you don't think about.The nicest thing that our group enjoyed most was the guest pass to the Hilton pool. I am definitely coming back

Wonderful experience

It was our first time to the big Island, this home is conveniently located to explore the island and also in a good part of the island for weather. The home was nicely furnished and well equipped for cooking in. We didn’t realize that there was a road fairly close but the setting still felt private.

We stayed for 3 weeks and had a wonderful time! The home is very well equipped for a longer stay. They thought if everything in the kitchen and even gear for the beach and toddlers. We will be back!

Underwhelming and noisy property that needs TLC, maintenance and above all, a new property manager

We’ve been visiting the Big Island for decades and have stayed in many properties over the festive season. For the price we paid for this unit, our stay was highly disappointing. For starters, this is the closest unit to the main road, across from a busy shopping center. That means constant noise from cars, and being awoken at 3am by delivery and garbage trucks from the shopping plaza. As for the unit itself, other than the nice billiards table, this is a standard condo with little character, and some of the cheapest and most sparse amenities we’ve seen (think plastic dinnerware and cups, entry-level cooking utensils and appliances, incomplete silverware set, polyester rental-quality sheets). All that would be fine, except this unit was almost double the price of other units in the same complex for the same dates. The worst part, though, was the property management company. At check-in, they told us there was a dripping sink, but that they had no plans to fix it during our stay. Next, when we arrived, we were hit by an overwhelming chemical smell, which, when we complained, they said was from new flooring that was just installed—who does that Christmas week, and with no advance disclosure? The refrigerator water filter was also expired, and rather than maintenance, they sent a member of their office staff with a box of different filters so we could fix it ourselves. Last, I was promised a call from management to address our concerns—it never came. We won’t be back.

Out family really enjoyed our stay at this property. It's a part of a gated development, which is upscale, and part of a larger very upscale area. The unit was clean, the beds soft and comfortable and our two teenagers really enjoyed having a pooltable

Great vacation for Hawaii Adventures!

Our family of six had an amazing time staying at this beautiful property near Waikoloa Beach on the Big Island of Hawaii. The home was well-appointed with everything we needed, and the amenities were top-notch! The beds were incredibly comfortable, which made it easy to relax after long days of exploring. One of the biggest highlights was having access to the Hilton Waikoloa pools and lagoon—our four kids absolutely loved it! They spent hours swimming, playing in the lagoon, and even trying their hand at paddleboarding. It was such a treat to have these incredible facilities right at our fingertips. The location is also extremely convenient. Whether you’re looking to spend time at the beach, visit local shops, or take day trips around the island, everything is within easy reach. The property itself was a perfect home base for our adventures, and it was so nice to come back to a peaceful and well-maintained space at the end of each day. We highly recommend this property for families or anyone looking for a relaxing and fun Hawaiian vacation. We can't wait to return!

Excellent location

Location was perfect, Condo was very nice. Thermostat was locked at 72. That would’ve been nice to know prior to renting that was quite a disappointment. Never got email from property manager with the entry code prior to the stay had to go back-and-forth with the property manager on the day of arrival which was a little inconvenient, but it ended up working out.

Where else can you experience sunny beaches, tropical rainforest, desert. snowy mountains, temperate forests and grassy plains all on one island? We chose the Waikoloa Beach Villas for its fantastic location next to upscale shopping and restaurants and the almost always sunny weather of the South Kohala coast. We enjoy getting coffee at Starbucks, then taking the breathtaking, scenic coastal stroll between the Marriott and Hilton hotels. (Pathway starts at the beach volleyball court at the Marriott.)
