The Space:

Each of the large bedrooms (up to 65m2 / ~650sqft) comes with a mini-fridge, safe box, cable TV, its own wi-fi, AC, walk-in closets, 3-part modern bathrooms, and large private terraces.



There's a 24-hr security on-site, and you can request for an in-house chef that will prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner for you, if you wish.



There's a 3-car parking lot and a basketball court outside, a small gym and the office on the first floor. You can rent the office in case you need the exclusive use of it--otherwise, you can always stop by and make a phone call in the quiet environment if you need to.



Cleaning service is available daily, as well as laundry and ironing, should you need it.



The central pat of the villa is a large, multi-level pool with a jacuzzi, pool and ambient lights, a small waterfall -- and even laser lighshow, smoke machine, and a dancing pole! Talking about having fun by the pool... which wouldn't be complete without a bar with a fridge for your cold beers, cocktail equipment, gas-BBQ on the side, an elevated pool-table podium with a 64" TV and a high-quality sound system that connects to the playlist on your phone.



The main lobby and lounge at the entrance lead to the TV / Entertainment room with surround sound and 72" TV; you can connect your own devices, or choose to watch the cable, Netflix, Amazon, Apple and other premium streaming services.



The lobby is also connected to the 12-person dining table, and a fully-equipped, modern chef's kitchen. You can request for an in-house chef, who will be happy to prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner for you.



The 6 rooms are spread out through 3 floors, and there's a susnset watch "tower," offering a view of the entire Sosua bay, Puerto Plata, and surrounding mountains...



There are plenty of activities and tours available in the area; from kite-surfing and surfing in near-by Cabarete, to snorkeling, diving, water entertainment on the Sosua Beach, as well as number of tours, both by land and sea.



The Puerto Plata International Airport, Gregorio Luperon (code: POP), is only about 10 min drive away by cab (~$25 USD), while majorty of the shopping, hospitals, services, entertainment, bars & restaurants, and beaches, are at the walking distance.

The Neighborhood:

Sosúa’s main strip, Pedro Clisante Street, closes off to traffic after dusk and is the hub of nightlife in this beach town. Bars, lounges, and nightclubs lining the street continue on late into the night. Live music is usually on the menu at least once a week, including variations of rock and blues at a number of expat-owned establishments.



Getting Around:

Conveniently located between Pedro Clisante (main strip) and Dr. Alejo Martinez (with restaurants such as Captain Bailee, Margot, Bologna, etc.), our villa is a perfect vacation spot for groups or families looking to have fun in Downtown Sosua, walking distance to almost every point of interest.
