This spacious 2 bedroom/2bath Penthouse condo is located on the 5th floor just steps away from the elevator. The view from the balcony is an amazing view of the Atlantic Ocean by way of the beach, Playa Alicia. This condo is 100% newly RENOVATED and has air conditioning throughout. When not on the balcony enjoying the view, you can enjoy the 65in TV in the livingroom.The condo is equipped with WI-FI throughout as well as a washer & dryer. There are two beach front restaurants for your dining pleasure 1 minute away. Both bedrooms have a 52in smart TV with 3,000 plus channels as well as air-conditioned.

Everything about my stay was great! The host and property manager were always available if or when I ever needed anything during my stay. The place itself was very clean, fully functioning and exactly as described! Will always look to stay at this property again in the future!

Our host Alvaro was very helpful and accommodating. Close to all the restaurants and shops, no need for a car. Our condo was clean and comfortable with amazing views of the ocean. Loved our 2 week stay at Hilltop!

My stay at the Ocean Front Luxurious Penthouse was excellent!!! Much more elegant than the photos. Very clean and all amenities onsite was impeccable as described. The ocean view was amazing from the living room and balcony. Special thanks to Jerome and Alvaro for your hospitality, communication and quick responses to questions. The location was the best in Sosua, walking distance to downtown, minutes away from restaurants and all entertainment. Will definitely be reaching out to you and your team for future stays. Winter vacation

We loved the property. Usually stayed across the street, but my daughter had cancer so we needed an elevator but unfortunately she passed away before our vacation. Hope to come back in Feb 2026.

Check in was easy apartment was beautiful definitely recommend and definitely will be back. Only downer for me was pool closed at 8pm but we loved our stay

The location was perfect, close to the beach. The condo was very nice and clean. AC was working just perfect. Communication was very good. Alvaro is there to take care of all your needs. It's a good place to day, you will enjoy your stay

"MAGNIFICENT VIEWS "

Great place nice people

This review is about the property manager Alvaro. He's top notch. Came for 14 day stay and luggage did not arrive until 2 days after arrival. Alvaro not only waited for me at the airport but acted as an intermediary between the airlines and I so I could get my luggage delivered and enjoy my vacation. He went over and above to help me.

Two beach front restaurants to enjoy. Sun rises and Sun sets to die for!!! Do I need to mention the Beautiful Beach that these units sit on, Playa Alicia. Do your research!
