Very nice and comfortable family holiday apartment near the beach on southern Lake Garda, in a complex newly built in 2022 with pool and children's pool. The apartment is located between the centers of Sirmione and Desenzano, in the district of Rivoltella. The supermarket is just behind the complex, so it is very convenient especially for guests traveling without a car. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and can be reached by elevator, it has a private garage in the building and 2 double rooms with wardrobe, TV and comfortable box spring beds. There is a bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and a large living room with an open panoramic kitchen overlooking the pool and the garden of the complex. You can choose to eat on the large terrace or at the dining table in the living area. There is another large Smart TV and a comfortable sofa corner.
A narrow spiral staircase leads from the terrace to the roof terrace of the apartment, where a small private 2-person jacuzzi l is available.
At the Katya Resort you can enjoy your holidays and you are always quick to restaurants, shops and Lake Garda. The apartment is comfortably furnished and fully air-conditioned. The kitchen offers many useful kitchen appliances, so you will feel completely at home if you want to cook during your holiday on Lake Garda.
