Welcome to our quiet, cosy end of terrace home in York. Our beautiful 2 bedroom house is the perfect way to explore the city and escape all the crowds after your adventures. With free on street parking, views of the minster from the garden, and lots of open space inside, consider this your home away from home.

We welcome groups and families of up to 4 people to use the entire home during your stay. Newly fitted carpet and a king sized bed, you'll have a cosy, comfortable stay here.
The space
GROUND FLOOR:

As you walk through the main entrance way you'll see a flight of stairs that takes you up to the first floor. On the left is the spacious living area with two plush sofas. Plenty of room to relax and stretch out after a long day exploring York. You'll also have accses to Freeview and all the streaming servieces you could ask for such as Netflix, BBC and Disney+ (Guests will need to login to their own accounts) Plenty of options to keep you and the whole family entertained.

Going through the living room to the kitchen which is fully equipped with all the essentials you'll need during your stay. If you're fond of home cooked meals and breakfasts at home, make use of the built in breakfast bar that seats up to 4 people. Ideal for those social coffee mornings. Please make use of the kettle, toaster, microwave and dishwasher during your stay

There is also a highchair for guests to use if you're bringing little ones with you. Just ask if you have any questions about this. If you'd like to borrow a travel cot, we can get one set up in advance. (Please let us know when you make your booking. Cot bedding is not provided.)

Complimentary tea/coffee is provided if you would like a hot drink on arrival. We also offer a small complimentary kitchen pack consisting of dishwasher tubs, washing machine tubs, fairy liquids and sponges.

You'll also find the washing machine, boiler and thermostat in the kitchen.

FIRST FLOOR:

Up the stairs you're firstly greeted with a bathroom that comprises a 3 piece suite. Walk-in shower, WC and washbasin.

The master bedroom is located at the front of the property and boasts a luxurious king sized bed. You'll be sure to get a rested nights sleep here.

The back bedroom has a bunk bed with two single beds. Great for friends and families to share. This room also has a view of the iconic York minster in the distance. Certainly not to be missed during your stay.

EXTERIOR:

Our home has a generous outdoor space for you to enjoy the long summer evenings as you gaze out to the minster.Here you'll find outdoor seating for 2 people, a wonderful quiet spot to enjoy food and drinks outside.

I have the help of managing my property with a professional co-host of Airbnb. You'll be able to self check in remotely, and benefit from 24/7 guest support should you need any assistance during your stay.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire property during their stay.
Other things to note
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.

Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them. Pass the Keys® is a Property Management Company managing many listings on Airbnb.

TRAVEL COT
There is a travel cot located at the property for guests to use. Please contact us at time of booking so we can set this up for you. Guests need to provide their own bedding for this.

PARKING:
There is free on street parking right outside of the property. You can also park anywhere along the street if the space is taken.

ADDITIONAL
We operate a strict no party policy and please respect my neighbours by keeping tv, voice and music very low after 10pm.

Important: We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
