This large apartment provides quiet surroundings, garden views and excellent amenities including wifi, Netflix and a coffee machine. It is a residential building and is an ideal space for a small group to stay, whether travelling the the NEC or for work. There are two bathrooms and a separate kitchen and living/dining room.

You will have full access to the entire apartment and surrounding green spaces. You also have access to your own designated parking space within the gated building car park, and the visitor parking space is situated right next to yours.

Check in will be via a key safe box, so that it is easier for you to arrive and depart at a more flexible time. We will be on hand to answer any questions throughout your stay, however our helpful guidebook which is available online and at the apartment should answer any queries you might have!

A quiet residential area with views of greenery, in a superb safe location. Amazing transport links being located just 8 minutes away from Solihull Train Station and 10 minutes from the M42, The NEC and Birmingham International Airport! It is also just a short 5 minute drive into the vibrant Solihull town centre and 4 minutes from Solihull hospital. There are local shops, pubs and a cafe. There is a private designated parking space and excellent transport links by train, bus or taxi.
