A great base for a great holiday. Easily accessed from on-street parking a few steps away, the apartment was recently refurbished with full air conditioning throughout wifi & UK TV & European programmes. The lovely sunny terrace can be accessed from the lounge and both bedrooms and enjoys sunshine well into the evening. The award-winning El Oasis del Capistrano has luscious sub-tropical gardens, 3 pools & newly reformed water gardens.

Comfortable, practical and well organised. Everything worked well. The biggest problem was that supplying single duvets and duvet covers was uncomfortable and made it difficult to well which is arguably the most important requirement in an apartment or hotel. We would definitely consider staying there again soon if you could guarantee a double duvet and cover. PLEASE CONFIRM THIS TO US ASAP. A secondary issue was that the drains were smelly. We mentioned this to Alexander in the office but never heard back if any action was taken.

Long stay in Nerja

Great location and apartment, within well kept and immaculate gardens, and speedy friendly response for managing agents. Apartment a bit tired, in particular bedding and curtains need replacing and some of the furniture is very outdated.

Excellent terrace and view to the gardens and sea.

We enjoyed our stay in Nerja very much.There are a few options to get to the beach or the town. For us the walk to the beach was 20 mins via a path, you can do it quicker if more mobile.There is a bus stop not far from the property on the roundabout runs every hour (excl: siesta time) and costs only one Euro. Also taxi's were only costing us on average 6 euros back from town.Two large Supermarkets a few minutes walk on the flat from the property. A restaurant very close to Oasis entrance and a couple of hotels with bars a few minutes away near the supermarkets. Happy hour(s) at both. The main pool is at the bottom end of the gardens, you cannot see it from the property.There is no longer a pool bar/restaurant as this is being developed into studio apartments. That was a disappointment we found out about after booking. However, overall we enjoyed our stay at Oasis. The apartment:- The first thing we noticed as we entered the property was that there was a foisty smell. Then opening the main patio doors onto the terrace you are met with a lovely view of the gardens and the sea. We later determined that the foisty smell was probably coming from the sink drain. Applying disinfectant improved matters some and having the bedroom patio doors open also. The main bed was comfortable enough but the twin beds are basic and the mattresses squeak on the slightest movement. Also only one very thin pillow for each twin bed. A new large smart TV replaced the smaller one while we were there.

Property needs updating, TV is smallest ever seen in an apartment (12”), had problem with ants but think that is a general problem within the complex, on the plus side balcony was large and had beautiful views, complex is well established and well kept, we like walking so suited us being hilly, however, if you haven’t got transport and you don’t like hills it is a little bit out of town.

Great stay - would stay again

Great stay in a lovely property! Perfect location, comfy beds, good UK tv channels (so we could catch up on the Olympics) and plenty of hot water! We loved the terrace and spent most of the time relaxing on there.

Paradise

Me and my daughter have arrived at the villa after midnight, so didn’t have a chance to look around. But in the morning we went on the balcony and found out shockingly beautiful view - blue sky, blue sea, blooming trees under the balcony, singing birds, perfect temperature. Just a paradise. Location is ideal too - walking distance to a supermarket and other places of interest. We didn’t rent a car and felt we didn’t have to as beaches were not far. We walked to Playa de Maro a few times to spend a day in a quiet place with a good restaurant and crystal clear water. City centre is also walkable from the villa. We feel like coming back and would advise this place to everyone. Wi-Fi can be better.

Great apartment. Excellent location with a great view. Everything you need is there and then some. Would definitely go back. Not a lot.
