¡Bienvenido a nuestro Apartamento Tetuán 49 en Oasis de Capistrano, Nerja!

El apartamento goza de una ubicación céntrica en el popular Oasis de Capistrano, en Nerja, a 50 km al este de Málaga (45 minutos en coche o autobús).



Este encantador apartamento de 2 dormitorios tiene capacidad para 5 personas. Es muy espacioso, con 67 metros cuadrados, y cuenta con dos baños recién reformados. Dispone de dos terrazas, una con sol de mañana y otra con sol de tarde, que le proporcionan sol desde la mañana hasta la noche. Se encuentra en una zona más alta del complejo Oasis de Capistrano y ofrece magníficas vistas al jardín tropical y al mar. Ambos dormitorios tienen acceso directo a las terrazas. Dispone de una cocina bien equipada y un amplio salón con TV de 40 pulgadas y una acogedora chimenea.



Oasis de Capistrano, donde se encuentra el apartamento, cuenta con un magnífico jardín tropical que invita a muchos a volver año tras año.



Nerja es un pueblo auténtico y encantador con magníficas vistas a las montañas y al mar. Ofrece de todo: buena gastronomía, cultura, pequeñas playas escondidas y acogedores pueblos de montaña. La zona ofrece hermosos paisajes donde se puede practicar senderismo, ciclismo, escalada, buceo, etc. Nerja se encuentra a solo 1,5 horas de la estación de esquí de Sierra Nevada. También hay excelentes campos de golf en las cercanías. En resumen, ¡Nerja tiene algo para todos los gustos!



CÓMO LLEGAR

Cómo llegar desde el aeropuerto de Málaga al apartamento en Tetuán 49, Nerja:

1. Conduzca desde el aeropuerto de Málaga por la carretera E-15 en dirección a Almería y Motril. Siga las indicaciones por toda Málaga; tendrá 45 minutos en coche hasta Nerja.

2. Cuando vea las primeras señales "Nerja", espere a desviarse de la autopista hasta la última salida; deberá tomar la salida 929.

Aquí, siga las indicaciones "Nerja".



3. Al llegar a Nerja, en la primera rotonda, a su izquierda verá la zona de Oasis de Capistrano (señalizada). Aquí, gire 300 grados en la rotonda y siga las señales hacia Oasis de Capistrano.



4. Ahora entrará en la zona de Oasis de Capistrano. Esta carretera es de un solo sentido y tiene forma de herradura (comienza en la zona de taxis 5 y continúa hacia la zona de taxis 1). Siga la carretera hasta la parada de taxis 4, donde encontrará un aparcamiento.



5. El apartamento Tetuán 49 se encuentra en la casa que tiene en dirección norte. En la esquina de la casa encontrará los dos balcones del apartamento y el que vio en la página web. Siga la escalera principal en dirección norte y encontrará los números de todos los apartamentos escritos en la pared. Siga las señales hacia Tetuán 49.

Yes. The apartment is in a great location with lovely views. It was smaller than expected and for 4 adults the outside space particularly would be a bit cramped. Most of the apartment is very good indeed. Kitchen really good and everything worked well. Beds very comfortable. Air con/heating worked well as it was chilly at times. Nice for us to have smart TV which got UK channels. However the towels are now very worn and need replacing. The bed sheets are also in need of replacing as they are old looking. The two sun loungers are flimsy and could be replaced with something better. These few things stopped a 5 star review.

Two weeks in the sun in Nerja

The property was excellent with two balcanies providing sun and shade throughout the day. Inside the property the facilities were also first class including a large TV which provided UK channels as well as Skye Sports. We had a very enjoyable sray.

The apartment had everything we needed. Well equipped kitchen and new bathrooms. One small thing I think the deck chairs are in need of replacing soon as they’re quite worn.

Relaxing Capistrano

Lovely location on the Edge of Nerja and Burriana Beach . Short walk to shops , stepper but manageable walk to the beach . Apartment was homely and very well equipped and very clean . Balcony spaces very good . Having toured the town and surrounding area I think we stayed in the nicest area of the resort

On the edge of town in a beautiful development with lovely gardens. A few minutes walk to a bus stop into town. Flat was well equipped. Loved the pool area which sadly we only got to twice due to lots of rain. I would stay here again

Wonderful stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment had everything we needed, it was really well equipped and felt like a home from home. We loved having two balconies, so we could enjoy sun and shade at different times of day. Also great having two bathrooms which was an added bonus. Very handy having a dishwasher and washing machine in the apartment. We loved the gardens and being able to walk to the pool, as well as being close to the beach. We had an amazing holiday and would thoroughly recommend this apartment.

Lively apartment with great views

Really nice 2 bed apartment with all facilities. Pool area really nice although could imagine in high season could get very busy. The beach although a 15 minute walk very hilly. Bus stop close by with good frequency into town. Would probably hire a car next time to make things a bit easier. Overall though a great sized 2 bed apartment.

Having stayed on the Oasis in various locations for 19 years now we were very disappointed with the stench of raw sewage that filled the apartment. it made for an unwelcoming stay and made sleeping a challenge to say the least! something that we've not experienced before.

Nice Apartment in a beautiful setting

A 2 week stay in September coincided with a very hot spell of weather. Likes...….2 bathrooms, wifi connection, modern kitchen. Easy path to and from Burriana beach Would have preferred...…….a weekly change of linen in the price. We didn't holiday to do our own washing! As the weekly price was the same for both weeks we assumed it was included as it has been for other lettings. Despite the heat we used the aircon sparingly, heeding the warning labels that excessive use would incur a loss of security deposit. Other than some traffic noise, the accommodation worked well and the proximity to the supermarket meant we could top up shopping by visiting the supermarket on foot. We would happily recommend to prospective clients

Not quite there

The apartment was exactly as described,well furnished and comfortable and amid beautiful gardens BUT the pool bar, restaurant snack bar and shop were all closed and filled with workers renovating and rebuilding ! This meant there were no facilities at all and the nearest supermarket and snack bar were almost half a mile away. The route described to the beach had collapsed and was very dangerous and the safe route was now double the distance and because of the steep route needed a return by taxi which cost about 8euros. The problem we had in the apartment was with ants ! The 2nd bathroom was unusable after dark which was when the ants took over (hundreds) despite our best efforts ! Overall we had a lovely holiday despite these problems.

Great Apartment / Great Relaxing Break

Just recently returned from Oasis del Capistrano and very much enjoyed our stay. Located at top of complex, well sheltered in green / lush bushes, gave great views down over the sea from balcony. Apartment was lovely,modern with all items you would ever need. Relaxing lounge area, TV and WiFi keeping our daughter happy. The kitchen had everything, to allow us to both cook and also enjoy delights of Nerja plus a BBQ gas grill was a bit of a bonus allowing us to cook outside. The pool was down in central area ( 2 min walk) with a main pool and additional children's pool. clean, life guard and sunbeds available to rent with place to chill out. Close to supermarket (10 min walk) and a short cut down to Burriana beach its a bit steep and dusty although saving 20 min walk round. Note : If you have not been to Nerja before it can be hilly in places so close to the coast, but you cannot get a way from it due to area itself, buts whats wrong with rewarding drink once you get there! The hosts, Fredrik & Ulrika, really friendly and always prompt in answering any questions on the lead up to our stay. We had to move dates around due to flights / times but very accommodating Great place for families or those looking to relax and chill... what more would you want from a holiday

Excellent séjour, appartement très propre Et très agréable malgré la proximité de la N340, la résidence est parfaite avec un jardin magnifique. Seul point négatif à notre avis, l’accès à la plage par un chemin très désagréable.

Wir hatten im Aug. 25 eine sehr schöne Zeit in dem Appartement. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt, Ausstattung top! Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen. 5 Sterne von uns!!
