Luxury Beach Villa Moraira EL PORTET is situated in one of the most beautiful and sought-after locations in Moraira: just a 750-metre walk from Moraira’s beautiful El Portet beach and 1,400 metres from the town centre. The villa enjoys a very private setting in the popular El Portet residential area, overlooking the valley.

Recently fully renovated to a high standard and stylishly furnished, the villa is south-facing and enjoys sunshine throughout the day. Underfloor heating makes it wonderfully comfortable during the winter months as well.

The villa features a cosy living room with a wood-burning fireplace, an open-plan luxury kitchen fitted with modern appliances, and large sliding doors providing direct access to the partly covered terrace (naya), garden and swimming pool. There are plenty of comfortable lounge areas in and around the pool.

On the ground floor, the villa has two spacious and charming bedrooms with large fitted wardrobes and a modern bathroom. The first floor features a large master bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom and a generous private terrace offering wonderful views of the surrounding area. Also on this floor are the fourth, well-proportioned bedroom and a third modern bathroom. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning for both cooling and heating.

Alongside the house is another attractive covered terrace (naya) with a large lounge sofa. The tropical planting surrounding the villa adds to the wonderful holiday atmosphere.

The villa is furnished to a very high standard and offers plenty of comfort and luxury, including Sonos speakers and automatic sun blinds upstairs. It features luxurious new beds in generous sizes, including a wonderful 2.00 x 1.80-metre Pullman box-spring bed in the master bedroom. Each bedroom offers a selection of different pillows, ensuring everyone can find a comfortable option. The villa also has a very complete, high-quality kitchen inventory, a large utility/storage room with washing machine and dryer, an outdoor toilet and ample private parking on the property. Thanks to the underfloor heating, the villa is extremely comfortable throughout the year.
