Spacious 3-bedroom, two-storey barn complete with:

✔ Third bedroom (first floor) – 5 single beds

✔ Additional first floor bathroom with shower and 3 toilets in total

✔ Large dining table, rear garden with outdoor seating and parking for 2 cars

✔ Free Wi-Fi and Smart TV

✔ Fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, chopping boards, cooking essentials and air fryer

✔ Washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board and hair dryer

✔ Travel cot and high chair

✔ Hotel-quality bed linens and towels

✔ Initial supply of hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, washing-up liquid, salt, pepper, tea bags, coffee, milk sachets, toilet roll and kitchen roll

✔ Travel Cot comes with a padded base, but no mattress. Only fits infants less than a year old.

** One high chair and one travel cot are provided. Additional units are available on request and subject to a rental fee.



Guest Access:

Guests have full and private access to the house and rear garden throughout their stay.



✔ Please note: a maximum of 4 parking spaces are available at the property. Any additional vehicles will need to be parked off-site.

The nearest supermarket is the Waitrose in Thame / Sainsbury's in Thame – 10 mins drive

The nearest restaurant is the Seven Stars Dinton – 5 mins drive

The nearest train station is Haddenham & Thame Parkway 5-10 min drive



Getting Around:

Foxglove Barn is ideally located for exploring the surrounding countryside and nearby market towns, with Oxford just a 20-minute drive away. The Arriva 280 bus service also provides easy access to both Oxford and Thame.



• Parking for up to 4 medium-sized cars at the property. Additional vehicles must be parked off-site.

• Nearest train station: Haddenham & Thame Parkway, approximately 5-10 minutes by car.



Other Things to Note:

• Foxglove Barn is located next to a working farm and livery yard. Please do not wander into the farm, the neighbouring property, or the stables.

• There is space for up to 4 cars parking - any further cars are required to park off site.

• Guests are not permitted to stroke the horses unless they have gained permission and are accompanied by an instructor from the stables.

• You may hear some horse related noise from the stables next door.

• Horse riding lessons can be booked with the stables next door but must be booked in advance.

• The rear garden will be maintained by the gardener on Thursday mornings.

• Early check-ins and late check-outs: Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee early check-ins or late check-outs in advance. However, for confirmed bookings, we offer discounted extensions (by adding an extra night before or after your stay) if you'd like to secure additional time.

• Security cameras: Outdoor security cameras may be present for safety and monitoring purposes.

• Rubbish/disposal policy: Excessive waste left at the property may incur an additional charge at checkout. Please be mindful of rubbish and ensure the property is left in good condition.

• Please be conscious and respectful to the neighbours and local area - no loud music, parties or excessive noise is acceptable.

• Terms & conditions: We advise all guests to review the Hosting Holidays Terms & Conditions available on our website.

• Damage deposit: A refundable cautionary damage deposit is required before your stay. (Note: If you booked via Airbnb, this deposit does not apply)

• Late check-outs: If you are not checked out by the scheduled time and this causes a delay to the cleaning team, a charge may be applied via your damage deposit, or where applicable through Airbnb’s reimbursement process.

• Baggage storage: There are no baggage drop facilities available at this property, and we are unable to arrange early baggage drop-off prior to your arrival.

• Bedding: All bedding provided is hypoallergenic.

• Guest consumables: We provide an initial stock of essentials (e.g., toilet paper, soap, etc.). Please note that top-ups or refills are not included during your stay.

• Mid-stay service: For stays longer than 14 nights, we offer a complimentary mid-stay clean and linen change.

• Bookings: We are unable to share details of our Hosting Holidays (Henley-on-Thames) direct booking site via third-party platforms.

• Payment for direct bookings: If you’ve booked directly through Hosting Holidays, 50% of your payment is due upfront. The remaining 50% will be collected 5 days before check-in.

• Longer stays: If you require a stay longer than what is currently shown as available, please contact Hosting Holidays Henley-on-Thames directly.

• Henley Regatta bookings: All stays during Henley Regatta are non-refundable.

• Pets: If a pet is brought to the property without prior notice or authorisation, a charge will be applied.
