At a stone's throw from the historical center of the city, this quiet two room & kitchen apartment, completely renovated in 2023, is the ideal base to explore Asti, its surrounding and the nearby Langhe.
Casa cozy offers a living/dining room, a bedroom, a practical kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Parking spot available in the courtyard.

Casa cozy can accommodate up to 2 adults + 1 children under 3 years.

The house is equipped with a security door, double glazing windows with mosquito nets, Wi-Fi, independent heating, Air Conditioning.

The kitchen is equipped with a stove with oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave oven, Bialetti automatic coffee machine. Pan, pots and kitchen utensils are provided. A small selection of essential items like coffee, tea, salt, oil and vinegar are available.

The living/dining room offers a small English & Italian library and a Smart TV, plus everything needed to set up a nice dining set (placemats, tablecloths, dishes, cutlery, water and wine glassware...)

The bedroom offers a queen size bed, a large wardrobe. There is an iron with a small iron board and a travel crib for infants. Essential bedding (pillows, sheets, blanket) is provided.

The bathroom is equipped with a large, comfortable shower. Towels, hand soap and toilet paper are provided.

For space reasons, the washing machine is located in the kitchen. Laundry detergent is provided for short stays only. There is a dedicated space to hang clothes to dry on the terrace in front of the kitchen window.
