The house is centrally located, only a 10 min walk from Cheltenham Spa train station (shuttle buses to races) and 20 min walk to the bars & restaurants in the trendy Montpellier area of town and with ample free parking, it's an ideal base for your stay in the heart of the Cotswolds.
The house has 4 double bedrooms, 2 of which are en-suite, a separate main bathroom, snug room, gym, large private back garden with a hot tub & additional space to relax and unwind in a log cabin bar.
The space
This Victorian home has a modern 3-storey side extension that welcomes you into a bright and airy double height entrance lobby with WC. The space opens out into a modern open-plan living with 85" smart TV; dining and kitchen area with bean-to-cup coffee machine; separate cosy snug room with log burner and 65" smart TV. Bifold doors lead you out onto a large decking area which looks out onto a 50m south facing garden.
On the first floor you’ll find a master queen size bedroom with en-suite and walk in wardrobe, a double bedroom with en-suite and the main bathroom with freestanding bath and double shower. There is also a home gym complete with cross trainer, walking treadmill desk, weights machine and other exercising equipment. If you must work, the treadmill desk has a 32" 4K monitor.
On the second floor there are a further 2 double bedrooms.
The beautiful garden has a water feature and 4 distinct seating areas and parasols. A BBQ and a new 6-person hot tub make this the perfect location to combine a relaxing and exploring holiday in the Cotswolds.
Guests also have access to a unique log cabin complete with a bar, TV, pool table, arcade machine, dart board and log burner.
All rooms are equipped with flat screen TVs with Amazon Prime Video and WiFi is available throughout the entire property.
Guest access
Guest access is provided via a lockbox. Rooms not listed in "the space" section are locked and not available.
Other things to note
This house is a family home therefore additional amenities have been included for your use which we hope you will enjoy, please in turn take care of the house during your stay.
The house is non-smoking, please do not smoke anywhere indoors including the log cabin.
7kW EV charging is available, but please charge between 2330-0530 if possible.
