Maico was a delightful guest. Communication were prompt and easy. He left the apartment exactly as he found it, clean and tidy. We can highly recommend Maico to all hosts and would love to accommodate him again.

Admirable and clean accommodation!

Francesco is a wonderful host! We arrived late at night and the house was warm, and even the lights on the Christmas tree were on. The bowl of fruit was prepared for us, which was so nice. The house was perfectly clean, fully equipped and very comfortable, not to mention the view - it’s astonishing!

Major-league holiday!

Amazing stay!!! Everything is new and perfectly maintained, and it’s clear a lot of care went into choosing matching, high quality pieces throughout, from the kitchenware to the glasses and plates, all in one style. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking (you can literally film your own cooking show there and have everything for it inside). In bathroom you have everything you need like in a 5* hotel. Don’t need to bring anything. White linen and comfortable pillows made for the best sleep, and the view from the apartment (and from both bedrooms) was simply amazing. Terrace is a die for💔 On top of the beautiful space, communication with Vesna made this stay unforgettable. She was responsive and attentive like a butler at a five star hotel, she was even ready to call massage centers to help arrange an appointment for me. That kind of hospitality is hard to find. 100 out of 10. Cannot recommend this place enough

This was a wonderful space but beware the area is shut down during the off season. We used the location as a family connection space, which was distraction free. Perfect off season spot for anyone that wants beautiful desolation.

Glorious residence!

The apartment is stunning. The view is breathtaking. The flat has full supplies. The host has even left us some fruits and milk, what was really kind. All the staff like coffee, tea, cleaning stuff - everything you need is there. We spent a great week here. Thanks.

Had a great stay at Francesco’s apartment! He was very responsive and helpful with activities, restaurants and more. The view is amazing and the apartment is very nicely decorated, well stocked, and spacious. Would highly recommend!

High-end vacation!

The host was absolutely wonderful—very responsive and thoughtful. He prepared a list of nearby cafés, restaurants, and activities, and handled any questions we had very quickly. The accommodation itself was amazing: spotlessly clean, spacious, and designed with great attention to detail. The location and the view were perfect. Everything we could possibly need was provided—from napkins and laundry detergent to dishwasher capsules, spices, and a wide selection of coffee and tea. We were truly delighted and spent a fantastic, comfortable week feeling completely cared for.

Glorious residence!

Francesco's place is probably the most amazing apartment I've been to so far with a breathtaking view, fully equipped, modern, and elegant apartment. It was just really relaxing to wake up with a view of the sea in a nice and peaceful environment. Fully recommended!

An absolutely amazing apartment. Brilliant pricing for February Modern, relaxing and comfortable with the most magnificent views. Francesco, helpful, friendly and welcoming with a great welcome pack of the essentials. Would recommend highly and hope to return. Brilliant service!

From the moment I booked the Lillian Design Apartment, I knew I was in for a treat. Host Francesco's quick and accommodating responses made the entire process smooth and welcoming. The late check-in was hassle-free. Stepping into the apartment, I was immediately struck by its chic, contemporary Mediterranean design. The seamless integration of the dining and living spaces creates a harmonious and inviting atmosphere, perfect for relaxation or entertaining. The kitchen deserves special mention. This kitchen exceeded my expectations of how well it equipped. From the Nespresso maker to the large selection of kitchenware, everything was in place for a comfortable stay. The highlight, however, was the panoramic terrace. With stunning sea views and comfortable seating, it was an oasis of tranquility. In sum, Lillian is not just an apartment, it's an experience of style, comfort, and excellent hospitality. Highly recommended for a memorable stay! 🌟

Special place!

We - a family with a baby and young child - really enjoyed the apartment! It is very clean, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The aparment is tastefully outfitted and it's clear that a lot of thought went into the renovation and decorating of the apartment. We loved spending time out on the covered balcony, especially on our one rainy day. The apartment is a clear recommendation for us! Parents of young kids, there are a few things to know: the balcony is not glassed in and only has the one high bar as seen in the photos before a high drop. Nothing wrong with the listing, I just missed that in looking at the photos. Also, there are 2-3 flights of stairs to get from the car to the front door of the apartment and many (maybe 15-20) flights of stairs to get from the apartment down into Rabac. We would have loved to know this in advance, so sharing it here.

Lovely and comfortable place for stay!

We hebben erg genoten van ons verblijf, het appartement is heel mooi ingericht, ruim, heel proper, heeft een prachtig terras met uitzicht op de baai, en is volledig uitgerust voor alle comfort. De locatie is zeer goed, rustig, maar toch op wandelafstand van de haven van Rabac. Onze host Lovorka was zeer vriendelijk en reactief bij vragen. Het was top!

Gyönyörű apartman, nagyszerű elhelyezkedéssel. Egyetlen negatívum, hogy a hirdetésben ígért 2 parkolóhely helyett csak egyet kaptunk, ami kisbabával és a sok cucc miatt okozott némi kellemetlenséget.

Admirable and clean accommodation!

Wir hatten eine super schöne Zeit in dieser Unterkunft und waren rundum zufrieden. Das Apartment sieht exakt aus wie auf den Fotos, die Aussicht aufs Meer und die große Terrasse sind ein absolutes Highlight. Wir hatten kurz ein kleines technisches Problem in der Küche und darum wurde sich umgehend und extrem zuvorkommend gekümmert. Die Kommunikation generell war stets freundlich und vorallem sehr schnell und unkompliziert. Alles in allem eine sehr gute Wahl und wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft gerne weiter. Danke an Francesco und Vesna!

Special place!

Wir waren absolut glücklich mit der wunderschönen Unterkunft und dem fantastischen Ausblick über Rabac. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, an jede Kleinigkeit ist gedacht worden, einfach toll. Francesco und Edi haben immer superschnell geantwortet als wir vorab der Anreise Fragen hatten. Wir haben uns ab der ersten Minute sehr wohl gefühlt und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir können diese Unterkunft zu 1000 % weiterempfehlen. Francesco ist ein sehr aufmerksamer Gastgeber mit Stil zur Einrichtung und mit viel Liebe zu Details.

Extraordinary journey!

Es hat mal wieder alles wunderbar geklappt und wir haben uns gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Der Aufenthalt verlief ganz unproblematisch unkompliziert und besonders gut gefällt uns die perfekt ausgestattete Küche, da wir gerade in der Nebensaison auch gerne mal selber kochen…👌🏽

Major-league holiday!

Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage in Rabac. Francescos Unterkunft ist behaglich, hat alles, was man braucht und hat einen unglaublichen Blick von der traumhaften Terrasse auf Rabac, die Bucht und die Berge. Wir haben einige Dinge wie Kaffee, Tee, Milch, Getränke bei Anreise vorgefunden, auch Reinigungsmittel und Gewürze sind vorhanden. Innen wie draußen fühlten wir uns sauwohl. Die Empfehlungen von Francesco haben wir ausprobiert und können sie so weitergeben. Vielen Dank!!!
