The large living room is composed of a beautiful lounge with comfortable sofas, a spacious indoor dining room and a well-equipped kitchen. The decoration is bright, with many paintings of the artist ZaZa Noah. The large living room opens onto a magnificent terrace with a gazebo There is also a nice play area with a table soccer and a backgammon. The atmosphere is serene and peaceful, as the gentle island breeze flows through the windows.

On the beautiful tiled terrace, you’ll enjoy the beautiful heated swimming pool with a jacuzzi located in front of the outstanding panorama, while a second jacuzzi is available on the terrace located in the east of the property. Under the covered area, there is a comfortable outdoor lounge for relaxing times, unless you wish to sunbathe on the deckchairs around the pool. An outdoor dining area welcomes you and your guests under the lovely gazebo for alfresco dining in the mild Caribbean air, facing the breathtaking ocean view. All around the villa is a beautiful tropical garden which provides an exotic touch to the dreamy scenery, coming with flowering shrubs and palm trees filling the landscape with colors and carrying flowers’ scent.

The rental villa welcomes you in three air-conditioned rooms coming with king size four-poster beds and en-suite bathrooms in a warm decor. The other two ones are in a separate building and open onto a private terrace with access to the garden and a splendid view over the ocean and Marigot bay.
