I couldn’t be more happier with this property and its host. Everything was immaculate. The host tends to ever need. Great communication we love this property. We’ve stayed here twice and I can’t wait to come back! I almost want to gate cheap, but I just can’t. I highly recommend staying here.

This villa is ideal for families, and the resort offers plenty of amenities to keep everyone happy. Alex is an incredible host who’s always ready to lend a hand during your stay. I even left my wedding dress behind in the villa, and he went above and beyond to retrieve it for me. I’m really looking forward to coming back with my family!

Lovely Oasis

Our party of four completely loved our time at this beautiful home. It was so relaxing and we loved our times in the tropical sun around the refreshing pool. A good time had by all!

Great Value

The location of the Villa is great and Paul's proactiveness with communication was a breath of fresh air. Having previously stayed at the condos on the beach side for substantially more cost, Serenity is a great deal.

Overall was a great stay - top marks for cleanliness.Areas for improvement. Would also recommend an Air conditioning unit in the main living room - it was a little too hot/humid to not have that area covered. Or suggest TV’s in the other bedrooms.

Awesome

Having split rooms, all with full bathrooms in them. With a half bathroom in the main area and a half bathroom by the pool. I wish there was a TV outside by the pool and it would be nice if the speakers were Bluetooth. We enjoyed the property.

Great!

All around great stay. The house is lovely, super clean and very comfortable. The SOV community has 2 gorgeous pool areas that were virtually empty during our mid-December stay, tennis courts and a gym that you can use for small fees and Maria's restaurant is a 5 minute walk from the house. The beaches in the complex were small and not open for swimming (at least when we were there), but they were empty and picturesque.

What a wonderful home!!

Beautiful home with a fantastic pool. We spent so many hours back there as a family. The location was good as it was very close to surfing at Encuentro beach. Also very close to grocery stores, and we walked to the Maria restaurant several times. We had a great time at Santa Fe on the property, get there early!This was our first time in the DR and this neighborhood was very comfortable and secure. We were able to relax and enjoy our time together. Michael was very helpful when we had any questions. Great overall stay!!!

The house was as advertised. Well appointed, spacious and comfortable. This place is beautiful! Tucked away in the back of the development provided plenty of peace and quiet. Only the bedrooms have AC’s but it wasn’t bad. Had an issue with an appliance but they were on top of it right away. Would definitely stay here again!

It was great!!!!

The villa looks way better in person. Everything is close by taxi or renting a car. Take advantage of the tranquility of the resort. We prefer Maria Restaurant and the infinity pool. It was basically me and my family. Food is great inside the resort and outside, like Cabarete beach and Sosua Beach. Great experience and definitely we are going back!!!!!

5 Days of Paradise!!

Property Manager was on time to check us in, and provided us with info to get around town. Afterwards we were out about having a good time! For 3 people it was plenty spacious for everyone to relax and chill in your area when u wanted. Enjoyed the personal pool and rooftop area mostly. We shall return again. Thank you Paul for having us.

Safe and Central Location

We spent Christmas as a family of five here and had a wonderful time. The house was spacious and well laid out so everyone had their space. We would adventure by day and then enjoy the pool and basketball courts at night. Safe to let the kids walk around freely and meet neighbors. The onsite restaurant was lovely. The central location along the northern coast allowed us to access the lush forests of Puerto Plata and the flawless beaches of Playa Grande to the East. We truly felt like we experienced the country and culture. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home. Stereo system has an aux cable. Please bring a device that will connect. My Iphone needed the special cable. A blue tooth connection would have been great. Wonderful home
