This modern, entirely refurbished apartment of 27m2, onsists of one
bedroom, the living room area that is connected with the the kitchen,
one small bathroom one big balcony offering outstanding sea siews.

The kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, toaster, coffee machine, and with all the dishes and utensils!

The bedroom has one large double bed and easy access to the balcony.

**Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at EUR8 per night, payable by cash upon check-in.

Our stay at sunset view apartment was fantastic. Location was brilliant - a short walk to the beach and a short walk to the old town - best of both worlds. An amazing view - sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine was a great end to the day. Check in was great - our hosts were always there if we needed them. They arranged taxis for our arrival and departure which was brilliant. Apartment very clean - bathroom small but certainly adequate. Will absolutely book again.

Fabulous views

Brilliant location providing easy access to eateries, places of interest and the old town ‘character’ filled streets. Cosy apartment, bathroom tiny, a little light on amenities, but the views worth the slight inconvenience. Manousos is very friendly and helpful with information of his town. Loved the reflection of sun setting on the lighthouse and buildings at the end of the harbour - simply breathtaking.

Lovely location

A excellent apartment although the bathroom was rather small, but it didn’t effect our holiday, We we highly recommend to anyone travelling to Rethymnon.

The founder - Manousos, whose mother was one of the initiators of the Holiday Villas institution in Crete, is a Tourism Management graduate who has been involved in the vacation rental industry for 20 years.


Having worked in his family business, Villas Lefkothea, and at Pepi Boutique Hotel as a Front Office Supervisor for many years, he recently began adding more villas/apartments to his portfolio.


His main concern is to enable the owners make the most of their property and the clients have a well-rounded accommodation experience.


Rentado has the full management of all the rental accommodation it represents, knowing the area they are located very well so it can serve as your during your stay.


Rentado incorporates only selected accommodation on its platform which have previously been evaluated as to the high quality of accommodation and services they provide.


Whether it is a villa with a swimming pool or a city apartment, you are bound to find the accommodation that will meet your needs.
