Beautiful location on the hill overlooking Platanes Beach and Rethymno. Lovely to have peace and tranquility but close enough to the beach. Evita made our stay effortless

Amazing view and location!

Valia's place was so great! The views are just amazing. The place is well stocked with everything you need. The check-in process was easy. Valia was so accommodating. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Crete again.

Aabsolutely amazing experience!

Evita’s home is a little gem with a breathtaking view of all Rethymnon town, the Fortezza and the coast. The house is small but very clean and well organized, perfect for a couple or 3 people. The outside area is the real winner, beautifully decorated, with all the necessary amenities to enjoy your break. The BBQ area including a wood fired pizza oven is just perfect. Both the management and the owners of the house are wonderful and very helpful people and helped a lot in making us comfortable and enjoying our stay. We will definitely book it again. Bruno&Stella

A Peaceful Get Away

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely house. The inside might be considered small by some standards however it was perfect for us. I had planned to make use of the BBQ however the heat during our trip made dinner at the local tavernas much more appealing. The photos are very accurate. What they cannot convey is the peacefulness of the location. There is so much to see and explore within 15-30 minutes of the house. From beautiful beaches to historical caves, horseback riding, and wonderful food to mention a few. If we get the chance to get back to Crete, booking a stay at this house will be at the top of the list!

A little paradise where heaven and sea compete to give you the most stunning image

The location is perfect if you want a relaxing holiday with a stunning sea view. From the first moment, as you are welcomed by Mona in the small but very clean and nice house, you feel at ease. She explains you all the do's and don'ts, and gives you great advise on what to do, and where. Because this house is a great starting point for your exploration to get to know Crete. Close, but not too close, to Rethymno city. In between Chania and Heraklion/Knossos... easy to get to both cities. Or to go the 'other side' of Crete, the south side. We noticed that apart from the magic views, this house has also real magic ! Every few days a fresh set of sheets and towels magically appears in this house ! A perfect house for a perfect holiday !

Un havre de paix

Pour ceux qui recherchent le calme à l'abri de la cohue, cette maison est parfaite. Il est rare de trouver un endroit avec vue sur mer sans quoi que ce soit vienne entraver la vue. Les relations avec l'agence ont été ont été fluides et d'une grande cordialité (merci Valia). Attention cependant, cette maison est plutôt petite et est parfaite pour 2 (A 4 c'est galère assurée). Pas de soucis, c'est idéalement situé en plus.

L'équipement extérieur très confortable était tel que nous avons pris tous les repas avec une vue exceptionnelle et à l'ombre si on le désirait, dans un calme champêtre. Accueil sympathique à l'arrivée.

Excellent séjour à Rethymnon

La maison était parfaitement équipée (climatisation, salle de bains, cuisine). Sa surface modeste n'est pas un problème dans la mesure où nous avons passé la grande majorité du temps sur la terrasse (repas, apéritifs, lecture, travail), sur la grande table, les fauteuils ou encore les transats, le tout à l'ombre des parasols et des oliviers, et avec une vue magnifique, y compris le coucher de soleil. Mention spéciale au très grand et efficace barbecue, un vrai plaisir. Les propriétaires sont charmants et nous ont accueillis avec des fruits et nous ont offert vin, ouzo et huile d'olive à notre départ. Ils étaient disponibles pour faire le check-out à plus de 22h car notre avion était en pleine nuit. Valia, de l'agence en charge de la location, nous a fourni un guide de bonnes adresses, des bons de réduction, et nous a proposé tous les services dont nous pouvions avoir besoin. A recommander comme une excellente adresse, idéalement placée pour visiter la crête, car proche de la route menant aux magnifiques plages du sud.

fijn verblijf met geweldig uitzicht

Ik heb een heerlijk verblijf gehad in dit huis. Het uitzicht is echt geweldig. Bijna dagelijks heb ik de zonsondergang bekeken vanuit de jacuzzi. Het centrum is op 10 tot 15 minuutjes rijden, dus je bent zo in de drukte met alle restaurantjes en winkeltjes maar je zit heerlijk rustig met veel privacy. Het huisje zelf is wel vrij klein, maar voor mij alleen met mn chihuahua was het groot genoeg. Voor 2 personen is het ook groot genoeg als je elkaar graag mag ;) ik zou het niet aanbevelen voor 3 personen. Alles was aanwezig wat je maar nodig kan hebben tijdens je vakantie. Alles was netjes en schoon, en nadat er een zandstorm geweest was kwam de eigenaar langs om alles weer netjes te maken. communicatie met de beheerder was ook goed, niks was teveel en kreeg altijd erg snel reactie. Absoluut een aanrader om te verblijven!

Wunderschöne Unterkunft, malerische Aussicht

Die Unterkunft ist für 2 Personen sehr komfortabel. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Im Sommer verbringt man die meiste Zeit, auf der wunderschönen Terrasse. Wir haben unsere Zeit hier sehr genossen. Die Betreuung durch die Gastgeber war ausgezeichnet. Wir können diese Unterkunft für alle empfehlen, die einen ruhigen Ort zur Entspannung suchen.

Traumhaft ......

......die ruhige Lage mitten in Olivenhainen, die Aussicht auf Rethimnon und das Meer mit den tollen Sonnenuntergängen. Ein gemütlicher Terrassen-/Gartenbereich der zum faulenzen und grillen einlädt. Die Ausstattung des Hauses lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Anfahrtsroute war sehr gut beschrieben, so dass wir das Haus problemlos gefunden haben. Herzlicher Empfang durch die Eigentümer die alles erklärt haben und auch während unseres Aufenthaltes immer erreichbar waren. Und der Wein war auch schon gekühlt :-) (vielen Dank an Mona und Antonis). Fazit: ein wunderschöner Urlaub und wir kommen gerne wieder. Evitas Home ist absolut zu empfehlen.

Entspannung in bester Lage

Mein Mann und ich haben den Aufenthalt in Evita's Home sehr genossen. Auf kleinem Raum (innen), mit einer sehr großzügigen und wirklich gut ausgestatteten Außenveranda hatten wir sehr erholsame Tage in wirklich ruhiger Lage. Die Gastgeberin kommunizierte mit uns ausgesprochen zuverläßig, war hilfsbereit und ist ausgesprochen sympathisch:-)

Ein tolles Ferienhaus!

Wir haben unser Ferienhaus, problemlos gefunden. Die Eigentümerin wartete auf uns und hat uns alles auf Deutsch erklärt. Wir haben uns da sehr wohl gefühlt und auch seht gut geschlafen. Die Terrasse und der Blick von der Terrasse sind wirklich wunderschön! (5 Sterne!) In 5-minutiger Autofahrt ist eine LIDL-Filiale. Alles perfekt. Schade, dass wir dieses Ferienhaus nur für drei Übernachtungen gebucht haben...

Ein wundervolles Haus, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr liebevoll und herzlich. Von der Terrasse aus könnten wir jeden Abend den Sonnenuntergang genießen, wir kommen sicher wieder.

Entspannung pur

Das Haus hat einen herrlichen Außenbereich mit schönem Meerblick. Die Ausstattung ist komplett, es fehlt also an nichts. Es ist gut mit dem Auto erreichbar und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Die Besitzerin kümmert sich und spricht Deutsch. Für einen entspannten Griechenlandurlaub ist es sehr gut geeignet.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Das Haus ist klein, hat aber alles was man braucht. Bett bequem. Der Aussenplatz und die Aussicht waren fantastisch. Störend war für uns das Licht (fast alle Lampen sehr grell). Auch die Anordnung der Türen war unpraktisch.

Kleine Oase

Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus & nette Vermieterin. Mitten im Olivenhain gelegen und sehr ruhig - man ist vollkommen für sich und es kann auch niemand auf das Grundstück einsehen. Wir lieben es im Urlaub draußen zu leben (Kochen, Essen, Chillen), genau hierfür ist es perfekt. Man sollte allerdings beachten, das das Haus von innen wirklich klein ist, für 4 Personen oder in den Wintermonaten wenn man auch mehr Zeit im Haus verbringt würde ich es nicht empfehlen.
