Unwind at our stunning beachside villa. The house was recently built and features a spacious backyard with a pool and outdoor dining area that will guarantee you a unique stay in Costa del Sol.

The house is located on a peaceful street only 2 minutes away from Benalmadena port and 3 minutes from the beach.

The villa features a spacious backyard with varios areas:
- The swimming pool with 4 chaise longs.
- Big outside dining area
- Parking area
- 2 lounge zones with furniture.
- Barbecue.

Every detail of the house has been carefully considered to provide our guests with a high quality experience.

The entrance opens to a spacious living room with two comfortable sofas, a smart TV, a dining area and a kitchen.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, crockery, and everything you need. The dining area in front of the kitchen has a big table for 6 and a bar table with high chairs.

There are 4 bedrooms:
- The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom, an open closet, a double bed and a single bed.
- The 2nd bedroom has a double bed with a single bed.
- The 3rd bedroom has a double bed with a desk that will be perfect for remote workers, and an open closet.
- The 4th bedroom has a double bed with 2 bedside tables.

There are 3 fully equipped bathrooms, air conditioner in each space and fast wifi.

You will have the entire house, parking and the swimming pool at your disposal. We hope you will make yourself at home.

- Check-in is available every day from 17:00 to 00:00. In the case of check-in after midnight, we will send you the directions to pick up the keys.

- Please, do not make noise after 23:00 and do not smoke inside.
- It is prohibited to smoke in the house.
