Secluded Archipelago Retreat: Lakeside Villa near Stockholm

Welcome to our magnificent archipelago home on Värmdö, a haven of peace and beauty with a private lakeside lot and breathtaking views. Just a drive away from Stockholm, this villa offers an escape into tranquility in the heart of the Stockholm archipelago.

This unique property stands out with panoramic windows that capture the surrounding natural beauty, and its location on a sunny elevation ensures light from dawn to dusk. The spacious terrace and the charming gravel area in front of the house are the perfect spots to spend days and evenings enjoying exquisite meals with a view of the water.

The accommodation includes three bedrooms on the upper floor, each with two single beds. The recommendation is a maximum 9 guests but there are also extra beds available for an additional four guests. On the lower level, or basement, there is a bedroom with three single beds, and an extra room featuring a bunk bed and an additional single bed (note this room does not offer any views.)

Additionally, there is a charming sleep-out cabin with two single beds next to the main house, which is ideal for those who appreciate being close to nature. Please be aware that this cabin does not have bathroom facilities, but it is conveniently located near the main house.
The large living room, with a fireplace and dining area, offers beautiful views and is the perfect space for socializing. The kitchen is fully equipped to handle all culinary challenges, with both gas and electric stoves, and it also offers a view of the lake.

Experience archipelago living with our greenhouse where you can relax and enjoy the surroundings, or in the converted cobbler's cottage that is now a sauna with a wood-burning stove. From the sauna, you can take the steps down to your own dock for a refreshing swim.

Despite its secluded feel, the villa is easily accessible, located just 8 Swedish miles from Stockholm Arlanda Airport and 4 Swedish miles from the city vibe of Stockholm. Nearby, by car you will find shopping at Mölnvik shopping center and local grocery stores in Stavsnäs. Ferries from Stavsnäs harbor take you to the picturesque islands of the archipelago, while beautiful beaches and authentic restaurants invite for explorations in the nearby area.
