We had a perfect stay. The appartment is large, nice and very clean. There are many nice restaurants and a small supermarket around the corner. Everything you need is there. So... book this place!

A fabulous apartment to stay at in Porto! Really made our stay so wonderful. Make sure you book it! : We loved the river view and location, having two bedrooms and bathrooms and so much space, and overall luxurious feel. Also we loved having the convenient garage for our car right underneath. It was an easy forty min flat pleasant walk along the river to the city river front and a five euro taxi ride or very close bus stop to get in. There was nothing not to like! It was amazing! Only thing would recommend is to bring food supplies with you if you are planning to cook as there are no supermarkets close by and a bit complicated to drive to we thought.

Positive: muy amplio Negative tiene calefacción por caldera y no estaba conectado y tampoco se nos

: very large it has boiler heating and it was not connected and we were not informed, it is true that all the rooms had air and heating, however the bathrooms did not and the radiators were installed but they were not working.

Spacious apartment

We really enjoyed our stay. If you like a quiet, safe, spacious apartment away from all the tourist attractions, this is the place for you. We had a car and toured the area (Douro Valley, Braga, Aveiro), so underground parking was really important for us. The location is close to all the major motorways. You can reach the historic old part of Porto by bus or taxi within minutes. The kitchen is well equipped. The TV was not working for a few days, but the management sorted it out. They communicated well. There are no restaurants or supermarkets close by. Overall we enjoyed the apartment and evenings sitting on the balcony. No sunsets though, but you get the morning sun to enjoy your coffee. Thanks for everything!

I have to say that I was somewhat disappointed with the apartment. The layout was nice & easily accommodate 4 adults. There were no written instructions in the apartment about how to use the appliances, i.e. coffee maker, washer/dryer, AC units. There was no information about the neighborhood; where were the closest markets, cafes, which bus to take to get into the historic district, etc. I suppose the assumption is that everything can be found on-line. One of the selling points of the apartment is the deck looking over the Duoro river. Many of the deck board should be replaced. Some, not all, were very wobbly & soft. In addition, the glass door that led to the deck was filmy, dirty & streaked which was most obvious first thing in the morning when the sun was shining in. The management company was responsive when I had a question which was appropriated. But all in all, I can't highly recommend this place. In my opinion it needs some TLC to make it a comfortable, accommodating place to stay. Eileen Dwyer

Mooi en ruim appartement, wel al wat beschadigingen. Het appartement is goed gelegen en een pluspunt is dat je wagen kan parkeren in garage. Bovendien goed beveiligd. Wij hadden het goed naar onze zin en zouden hier zeker opnieuw verblijven bij een bezoek aan Porto.

No es un lugar muy céntrico, pero si muy tranquilo y el apartamento confortable. Tiene calefacción central pero esta no funciona como calefacción, solo la hacen servir para el agua sanitaria. La calefacción se obtiene porque tb tienen equipos de aire acondicionado con bomba de calor. Lo que sí es deficients es la luz que tienen en el comedor, por la noche es igual que estar SIN luz literalment, tuvimos que poner una lámpara de una habitación para poder cenar y hacer la sobre mesa El resto todo muy bien. El personal muy amable.
