Situé à 18 km du Cooperstown Dreams Park et à 11 km du Cooperstown All Star Village - profitez d'une maison de ranch entière comprenant trois chambres, deux salles de bain complètes, une cuisine avec salle à manger, une salle à manger, un salon et une salle familiale avec télévision. La cuisine entièrement équipée a été rénovée en mars 2018 (REMARQUE: pas de lave-vaisselle). Le pont comprend un barbecue à gaz, une table et des chaises de patio pour les repas en plein air. Chambres rénovées avec un nouveau tapis en 2018. Literie fraîche et abondance de serviettes fournies, y compris du savon, du shampoing / revitalisant; chaque salle de bain a un combo baignoire / douche w / sèche-cheveux. La laveuse et la sécheuse sont situées au sous-sol.
Téléphone fixe disponible pour les clients car la couverture du téléphone portable est inégale. L'accès Wi-Fi HughesNet et le service par satellite DishNetwork (2 téléviseurs) sont inclus.
La maison se trouve à 800 pieds de la route principale où vous profiterez de huit acres d'intimité, de paix et de calme ainsi que d'observations occasionnelles de dinde et de cerf de Virginie. Profitez de la vue sur le pont ou détendez-vous dans les chaises Adirondack au foyer du jardin.

Loved the secluded property, but still close to the park and othet attractions. We loved the firepit and large backbdeck and yard.the house was lovely and had everything wr needed.

Nice seeing nature in the backyard

We came into the area for the Cooperstown baseball tournament and was pleasantly surprised seeing wild turkeys, deer and rabbits in the backyard area. The beds were comfy and the water pressure worked great to take a hot shower.

Great Family Rental

Quiet Family Rental, nice big yard, great fire pit and spacious home to relax in. Perfect setting to relax in after long day at Cooperstown. Lots of wildlife in the yard from turkeys to deer to bunnies, chicken etc. very clean and communicative owner. Thank you!

Thank you for your feedback. As this is rural upstate NY, this area is not supported by local municipal services, such as water. The well is just a fact of country living! And yes, we are close to the baseball park.

Dreams park trip

Everything was wonderful at the property. We played at dreams park it was about an 18 minute drive. It’s a beautiful drive, we loved the firepit we got to use a couple nights to make s’mores! Plenty of room and would definitely stay here again

Our stay was amazing, Mira took care of very minor issues immediately. Nice and quiet.

Excellent retreat

We had a great time at dreams park and retreated to this hidden gem. It’s a bit out of the way but the perfect spot to get away from all the baseball. The host is excellent at communication and is available at all times to help. We loved the beautiful scenery and quietness of this place. Would recommend to all visiting Cooperstown!

Mount Vision Rental

This property was very well kept and was very peaceful and quiet. We spent a lot of time at the baseball park, but it was very convenient from this location and we were able to wind down and enjoy the evenings when we got back. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

Would book again!

Very clean & spacious. Long driveway so house is set off main road. Nice back deck with brand new grill and a big yard with fire pit. Closer to AllStar Village and easy 20 minute ride to Dreams Park. Local nonsmoking bar/restaurant across street with good food (wings👍) and cold beverages. Highly recommend this rental. Easily fit 2 families.

Thank you for allowing us to host your family & your review. The BBQ grill gets a lot of use by our baseball families & we literally replaced it before your arrival. The pub across the street is really great & during the week they host the over-35-league softball games.

Great place to stay for Cooperstown baseball tournament

The owner of the property is very friendly & responds quickly to any messages sent. The home was very clean and fit our needs perfectly for the week. Cooperstown dreams park was 18 minutes away which was a nice drive for us. We would stay here again if we get the opportunity to come back. It was nice to have plenty of room for our 2 year old to run around inside & out. The washer and dryer is awesome to have so we can come back from vacation with all clean clothes. They owners even provided laundry soap. Thank you again for everything. We felt very comfortable staying at your home.

Thank you for your review. The property is indeed secluded, as described in the property description. In our rural area - cell phone service is spotty and to mitigate this we have just installed a land-line phone so future tenants can have reliable phone service without interruption. In the country we have well water.

Location is great!

This is prime location for Cooperstown Baseball. 10 min from All Star Village and 25 min to Hall of Fame. The house is on a huge lot. There’s a lot of privacy. They have a fire pit and bbq so we spent a lot of our down time outside. The stars and s’mores were amazing. We’re city people so getting used to the well water was a little difficult for us. We could definitely smell the sulfur. Mira was very responsive to all my questions and concerns. We got hit by a pretty bad storm and Barbara stopped in to check on us. Overall we had a great stay and enjoyed the house.
