Cette belle maison est située à 3, 3 miles du Cooperstown Dreams Park et à 6, 5 miles au sud de Cooperstown sur 8, 5 acres privés.

Lits propres, draps impeccables, oreillers moelleux. Nouveaux appareils modernes, grande cafetière, mixeurs grille-pain, petits appareils électroménagers ... Tous les nouveaux ustensiles de cuisine. Rénové à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur.

Eau de piscine chaude et limpide. Magnifique étoile regardant des nuits sans nuages comme vous ne l'imaginez pas. Une brise toujours agréable au sommet de la montagne éloigne les mouches et les moucherons. À une courte distance en voiture du célèbre village de COOPERSTOWN, du Cooperstown All-Star Village, du BASEBALL HALL OF FAME, du lac Otsego, du Glimmerglass Opera House, du Glimmerglass State Park, ainsi que de nombreuses autres attractions locales.

Le rez-de-chaussée a deux salons chacun avec télévision à écran plat. Un canapé-lit gigogne se trouve dans le salon principal. Il y a deux salles à manger, une grande cuisine, une salle de bain et un coin petit-déjeuner à ce niveau. Une terrasse à l'arrière mène à une piscine creusée chauffée de 40 x 20 avec un plongeoir et un toboggan.

Le deuxième étage dispose de quatre chambres à coucher pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 12 personnes, d'une buanderie moderne et de deux salles de bain complètes. La suite principale spacieuse a deux lits queen, baignoire et douche, une autre douche séparée, double vasque et une salle de bain privée.

La chambre deux a un lit queen, la chambre trois a un lit king et la chambre numéro quatre a deux lits superposés pouvant accueillir 4-5 enfants.

La piscine arbore une table couverte, des chaises longues et une pergola privée. Le pont reconstruit est orné d'une nouvelle pergola éclairée. Plus à venir ...

Plus d'un mile de sentiers de randonnée / randonnée bien entretenus vous emmène autour de la superficie. Profitez de la nature à son meilleur. Observez les cerfs, les dindes, les écureuils, les renards et les lapins qui traversent la propriété. Les oiseaux sont partout. Essayez de repérer les vaches Oreo ....

Beaucoup de stationnement et à moins de trois kilomètres d'une épicerie entièrement fermée ouverte 24h / 24. Restauration rapide, CAFES décontracté et dîner haut de gamme sont à seulement quelques minutes.

Baseball vacation

We stay at the house for baseball tournament, location is the best, backyard view is incredible, well stocked for cooking. Would definitely return.

Easy location to get to and from Dreams Park quickly! Beautiful views, pool was a huge hit for the kids, patio/bbq was the hang out spot!

Great property and location for Dreamspark trip!

We loved this property, the location and grounds were fabulous. We had a couple of unforeseen issues during our stay, the boiler/water heater failed, which was a bummer, but they tended to the issue very quickly, and both the owner and property manager were very communicative and concerned about making our stay enjoyable even with this unexpected issue. We would definitely come back if we are in the area!

Pool, sunsets, close to Dreams Park & peacefulness

Perfect home for our extended family. This home fit the needs of everyone with ample bedrooms, cooking & dining space, huge yard with heated pool, traeger grill & golf hole. It was about 10minutes to Dreams Park or downtown which helped as we had small kids with us and grandparents that sometimes didn’t want to stay for all the baseball games. I would highly recommend this home as other families that stayed in Cooperstown said our VRBO was far better than where they chose. The house manager and owner were quick to respond to our questions.

Great stay for Dreams Park

Wonderful house. Very spacious and everyone had their place to be. Kitchen extremely well equipped. The pool was amazing and a great way to cool off. Super location close to a couple great breweries and an easy drive to Dreams Park and downtown. Would absolutely stay here again! Perfect for big groups.

Stayed here with 3 other families. You are less than 10 minutes from Dreams park. It has a lot of space both on the property and in the house. Lots of places to hang out and lots of places for the kids to run around. Would stay here again.

The backyard is so amazing, the pool, driving range, and grilll were all so wonderful. We had other parents over in between our games at the dreams park to grill and hang out. So close to the park and downtown. We would definitely stay again!

Great property for our family!

We stayed here during our baseball tournament week. It was a great home away from the ball fields. Plenty of room for our family. We loved being able to relax and hang out at the pool and watch the cows. Had a slight issue with the water temp but Shawn, the house manager, responded right away and had it fixed early the next morning. Would love to stay here again!

Great House!

We had a great stay at this beautiful house in Cooperstown. Clean, plenty of space and a convenient location. Minutes to the ballpark and grocery store. Kids loved the pool and golf hole, while the parents enjoyed the patio and peaceful setting. Hope to stay here again!

We enjoyed our time at this beautiful property! Not only was the house perfect for our group, it was clean and the communication with the property manager, Shawn, was timely and pleasant. When we were done playing, grandparents left and the boys showed up to spend the last night with us, it was the perfect ending to a great trip!!

Absolutely incredible property! Perfect location! 10 minutes from Cooperstown Dreams Park, but feels like a whole world away. Peaceful, beautiful, and plenty of space for the family to enjoy. The house was never crowded, even with 10 people in it. The pool was gorgeous and we loved floating in it while we watched the cows graze. Plenty of wild animals to enjoy: foxes, wild, turkeys, deer, and the occasional porcupine. The little putting green was perfect because we don’t golf and probably should never do it in public. You can see the fireworks at the end of the tournament from the backyard. What an incredible vacation! We had so much fun. This house will be in our memories for many years to come.

Great choice for families of Dreams Park players

The house and property were perfect for three families with younger siblings of Cooperstown players - who loved the golf hole in the backyard and the pool. It was the best of all worlds for us - plenty of space, beautiful outdoor property with gorgeous views, and excellent proximity to Dreams Park. And a quick drive to breweries. We plan to be back in two summers when our younger boys are playing themselves and would be eager to stay here again.

Beautiful property/a few hiccups

We stayed here with another family for our son’s baseball tournament. The house was very nice and had all of the comforts of home. Lots of space, well supplied kitchen, pool, and smoker/BBQ. The pictures on the website are a bit outdated. Things look a little different. We cooked each night and were comfortable all week. The only major problem we had was the washing machine. It was broken before we got there. We were told the day before we arrived and weretold it would be fixed by the day we checked in. The washer was never repaired during our stay (due to warranty company difficulties). We ended up having to go to a local laundromat to do our laundry. Huge problem for us since this was one of the main reasons we chose this property. We were heavily relying on the ability to do laundry throughout our trip for the boys baseball clothes as well as ourselves, since we packed light thinking we could do laundry. It worked out but was a huge inconvenience. The owner of the property was very gracious and kind worked with us. Overall, the area and property is gorgeous!! The cow neighbors next door were a real treat to visit each afternoon, especially for a bunch of city beach goers from California.

Pirates in Cooperstown

Wonderful rental minutes from downtown! Fully stocked kitchen, working outdoor Weber grill, lots of indoor living space and bedrooms on a beautiful and peaceful piece of property. We had a larger group and we really enjoyed our stay. The pool provided lots of refreshment after hot days of baseball! Highly recommend staying here. Notes for bigger groups considering staying here: there are a total of three showers but two are in the same bathroom with access from the bedroom with two beds only. We didn’t mind it and shared space as needed. The other full bath is shared and upstairs with full tub/shower. You’ll want to bring your own towels. We always had warm water for showers. Run the “tough” cycle on the dishwasher as “normal” didn’t seem to dissolve the soap or wash pods. WiFi wasn’t the greatest and was in and out and slow. But we had some pretty good storms with lots of wind while we were there. Overall, a fabulous stay!
