(Maintenant avec climatisation centrale! Un équipement tout à fait unique dans notre communauté de montagne mais qui rend vraiment un séjour confortable à 90 degrés qui semble être plus courant ces derniers temps!)
Cette maison de deux étages, accueillante pour les familles, les animaux de compagnie, belle est située dans la populaire Sierra Pines situé à un peu plus d'un mile du village de Shaver Lake.
Il y a 4 chambres (14 couchages dans les lits plus 4 dans un canapé convertible et des lits pliants) et 3 salles de bain complètes, donc il y a beaucoup de place pour de grands rassemblements et des vacances toute l'année. Avec un garage complet de deux voitures pour garder vos véhicules hors de la neige et des aiguilles de pin, le niveau principal dispose d'un plan d'étage ouvert avec des murs de fenêtres pour profiter du magnifique cadre forestier. Installez-vous confortablement devant la cheminée à gaz entourée d'un foyer en pierre. La cuisine est accentuée avec de beaux meubles en pin noueux, des comptoirs en granit, et des appareils en acier inoxydable. Il est entièrement équipé pour le chef complet avec un ensemble de couteaux gastronomiques, épices, petits appareils et tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin pour préparer vos repas préférés. Au large du salon est une grande terrasse privée parfaite pour les barbecues d'été. BBQ au propane est accroché à la maison pour un approvisionnement sans fin de carburant.
Le garage double comme une salle de jeu de 500sf complète avec 55 "TV, Blue-ray, streaming vidéo sur Internet, jeu de fléchettes et ping-pong avec de nombreux autres jeux et activités à ajouter dans les mois à venir. Salon a une grande télévision à écran plat avec lecteur Blue-ray et streaming internet. Vous pouvez lire de la musique à partir de votre appareil via le système audio dans le salon et la salle de jeux. Une connexion Wi-Fi haut débit est disponible dans toute la maison.
En bas, il y a une salle de bain complète près du salon. A l'étage, vous trouverez la luxueuse Master Suite complète avec grand jacuzzi ainsi que 3 chambres supplémentaires et une salle de bain complète supplémentaire. Toutes les salles de bains sont complètes avec des comptoirs en granit et des armoires en pin noueux. Notre retraite dort confortablement 14 avec de la place pour au moins quatre plus sur les canapés convertibles et les lits pliants pliants. Notre «cabine» est préparée et prête pour que vous veniez visiter et commencer à profiter de l'air de la montagne au lac Shaver.
Shaver Lake a des activités toute l'année. En été, il y a du ski nautique, du wakeboard et des cabriolets qui peuvent être loués à la marina de Shaver Lake. Il y a de nombreux autres lacs, criques, chutes d'eau, et des sentiers de randonnée de tous niveaux pour tous les goûts, du promeneur occasionnel à l'alpiniste le plus agressif. En hiver, il y a du ski de neige de classe mondiale à China Peak / Sierra Summit. Ils ont beaucoup d'équipement de bonne qualité à louer afin que vous puissiez laisser l'équipement volumineux à la maison et venir profiter du meilleur ski pour littéralement des centaines de miles.

Great location off the 168. 3 minute drive to downtown Shaver, 10 min to the lake. Amenities were fantastic. Very clean and comfortable cabin, highly recommend. Host was fantastic to work with. 10/10 property. We used the property for overflow for a sales meeting we did at my cabin in Music Falls and it was perfect!

I can’t say enough great things about staying at this cabin. Our host was very helpful with everything. We will planning with this host/cabin again for our future vacations. Location was not far from town and was easy to navigate to. The cabin had plenty of rooms for 10 people to stay and having a washer/dryer in the garage to use was a bonus! The host had items for us to use from basketballs, ping pong table, other outdoor items and board games as well. The kitchen was stocked with extra appliances, utensils, cups, plates/bowls etc to use to make cooking easier. I definitely recommend you book with this host for your vacations.

I got this cabin for 4 days and 3 nights for my finances 45th birthday and our family vacation. It was PERFECT! 5 mins away from the water. Close to stores and restaurants but far enough away to feel like we weren’t near the main road. It was peaceful and quiet. The house provided all we needed. We forgot our towels at home but luckily the cabin had some to use. The kitchen was well stocked and the house felt comfortable for our family guests. When we came home for the night, the kids had fun in the game room/garage and playing outside. I didn’t feel worried about them outside being kids. If you want a nice spacious place in the woods, I highly recommend this. Our host was very responsive and friendly. We made sure to clean up and place everything back where it belonged. Thank you!

First off the host was great at communicating before the trip. The mountain home is beautiful and welcoming. I didn’t feel like I had to work hard to relax. Plenty of room for everyone to sleep and more than enough bathrooms. My only complaint is that we had to go home.

We’re really glad to hear the home made it easy to settle in and unwind. That’s exactly what we aim for, a place where you don’t have to think too hard about relaxing. Sounds like your group had plenty of space to spread out and enjoy it, which is always great to hear. And as for having to go home… we wish we could fix that part too. The cabin was a perfect fit for my husband birthday and our anniversary! Our guest stayed over night and all enjoyed and loved the cabin! Definitely would rent again!

It is a nice cabin with plenty of beds for large families. My grandchildren had a great time playing ping pong. They are already looking forward to going again.
