C'est l'étage principal d'une maison de belle-mère où nous faisons la location de vacances. Consultez notre liste de sous-sol pour la disponibilité de louer toute la maison. Cet étage principal est de 1200 pieds carrés, et construit dans les années 1920. Cela a sa propre entrée, entrez en face de la maison. Deux chambres, avec beaucoup d'espace de rangement. La première chambre a deux lits jumeaux (l'un a un lit gigogne qui peut être retiré, stocké en dessous). Draps et serviettes propres fournis. Deux ventilateurs debout et deux climatiseurs à fenêtre. Deux salles de bain complètes. La deuxième salle de bain double vasque et douche avec baignoire. Shampooing et savon pour le corps sont fournis. Dîner complet dans la cuisine avec tous vos besoins de cuisine. Café et thé fournis. Le salon a un divan merveilleux pour se détendre et un autre canapé qui a un lit queen size. WIFI haut débit. TV a câble, chaînes premium et sur demande. Laveuse et sécheuse empilées. Détergent à lessive fourni. Fer et planche à repasser dans le placard de la première chambre. Au départ, nous demandons au client de faire fonctionner le lave-vaisselle, de faire fonctionner les serviettes usagées dans la laveuse et de sortir les poubelles. Ceci aide avec un coût inférieur du service de nettoyage qui vient. Stationnement disponible dans le garage privé et l'allée. Accès à la véranda pour les gens qui regardent et la cour arrière.

Great hosts and great location

We were in town for a U of U event, so this location was ideal. The hosts were very easy to communicate with, which led to a very smooth check-in and check-out process. The house was well-stocked and accurate with the VRBO listing. The home was clean and comfortable. We will rebook for future trips to SLC.

Great location, close to the airport and downtown. Nice neighborhood, perfect for a family. David was very responsive. Would definitely reccomend if you are in SLC.

clean and cute

The house was amazing, very clean and had everything we needed. There was no reason to bring any supplies. We only rented the upstairs mother in-law quarters. But I look fwd to bringing more family members and renting the whole house.

Not a home away from home!!

The owner was not accurate in his description... I lived close enough to the property to run and get essential items as in kitchen towels, dish rags, cutting board...this place was not well equipped for it to be a home away from home and was not a clean place. The home had a very old musty smell and I had to run and gather candles so we could tolerate staying there. I took pics of fridge, stove beds, windows, front porch...was dirty! all in all this place was a huge disappointment and I would advise customers to steer clear... 2 of my guests wouldn't sleep downstairs because of a mold smell... We didn't use any of the showers or tubs on eith er level because of the uncleanliness!!!! I would like a refund!

This is not accurate for what our place offers. We have been doing this over 5 years now and have never had such a falsified account. Michelle misunderstood, even after explaining to her the setup of the house from the get go. Five days before her arrival she wrote expecting to have rented the full house for the price of one floor. She then wanted to cancel the reservation and we told her we would be happy to refund her full amount. We accommodated Michelle for an early check in at 1330 hours. The place got cleaned and the cleaning staff even helped her bring things in. Told Michelle if there is anything she needed to let us know. All of these kitchen items she mentioned are in the home. Michelle asked for a late checkout 1300 hours told her we could go to 1200 hours because we had guests checking in that day. Cleaning service arrived and Michelle and guests were still in the home. Contacted Michelle numerous times and left text messages and voice messages telling them to leave. She didn’t respond back and left the inside of our house at 1245, and hung out on front porch. Left some of her personal belongings on front porch to comeback and get later. If it was so bad not sure why she stayed so long. Place was not ready on time for guests checking in that day. Please look at our other reviews, (we are on other vacation rental websites)and disregard these false accusations.

The aesthetic of the unit was beautiful. The manager/owner was very open and communicated well with us. The check in was so simple and convenient. The unit was clean and well maintained. I would definitely stay here again and definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area.

You get what you pay for

Ok place to stay in SLC. Inside was fairly up to date for an old home. Outside was run down and porch very dirty - probably reason no pictures of outside of home in listing. Found coffee pot full of coffee and grounds. There is some one living in apartment below 1st floor that were noisy late at night. Price was very good. Owner communicated well a long list of requirements do’s and don’t - no wearing shoes in house, don’t touch the thermostat, etc. Did not send entry code until 2 hours before checking time. No paper towels so bring your own. I guess you get what you pay for.

Hello Tom, thanks for the feedback. Apologize for the coffee maker not being clean and the front porch. We have addressed it with the cleaning service. We ask guests on both floors to be respectful of each other and quiet hours. In the instructions we send there is one thermostat for the home and if needed adjusting to let us know and we do it remotely. We write to the guests that they will receive the door code on day of arrival, this is for the cleaning service security and not to get interrupted by guests coming early. Paper towels are not in the list of amenities we provide. There are kitchen towels in the home. Sorry you felt the place was ran down outside, we feel its a normal home in a normal neighborhood.

Nice, cozy getaway

The house is clean, cozy, and perfect for family of five. Love the neighborhood, comfortable and safe to take walks in the evenings. It’s near a quiet medical center and close to most attractions, like 5-10 min from temple square. Would stay again.

Very charming and well kept home to stay in while visiting Salt Lake City, UT.

My wife and I were very happy with first experience using Home Away. The owner was very cordial, and very organized. The first day we were there, the owner called and checked in with us. What we were mostly surprised about was the availability of toiletries and other odds and ends that we weren’t expecting to be there for usage.

Wonderful craftsman cottage near University!

We rented this property to be near the University Medical Centers & it was so convenient. The house is an old craftsman cottage w some expected quirkiness, but so charming & well maintained it was a pleasure to be there. The entire house has been updated & is as pictured. It is walking distance to some restaurants & stores & on a tree lined street within a neighborhood of older homes. David & Christina have been attentive owners & helped us w details & questions. This is a great rental for visiting the city or the University.
