This chalet at Sandown Bay Holiday Park sleeps 4 people in 2 bedrooms. Free Wifi is available in this property.

The living room has a sofa, TV and a folding dining table. The bathroom has a toilet and an electric shower over a bath.

The kitchen is fully equipped for your stay, with electric oven and hob, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge and all the cookware and tableware needed.

The main bedroom has a double bed and clothes storage. The bunk room has bunk beds for children.

Free parking is available on-site.

Bedding (pillows, pillowcases, quilts, quilt covers, sheets) are provided and beds will be made prior to your arrival. You will need to bring your own beach and bath towels.

We provide some essentials for your arrival such as a toilet roll and hand towel in each bathroom, and some tea, coffee, milk and biscuits in the kitchen so that you can check in and relax before going shopping and starting your holiday properly.

Please note that this is self-catering. The items provided are for your arrival, not for the duration of your stay.

We can book discounted ferry tickets for you with either Wightlink or Red Funnel. If you would like us to book discounted ferry tickets for you, please ask once you have completed your booking.

Great value for money. Stunning cliff top location. 10 mins from fantastic beach walks. Only problem was when booking it stated dog friendly. Later listing then showed no dogs. Took my dogs anyway. They had a great time.

Stayed 10 days with the family. It’s 5 minutes to the beach using the pathway. Good to have a large (shared) green space in front of the chalet for kids to enjoy. Restful place. Wifi connection was fast and stable. However, the cleanliness was poor, spiders and spider webs all over the place. We cleaned the windows ourselves. Also, the fridge does not have freezer. Kids were asking for ice cream, we wanted to store frozen food such as meat, pizza. So it had to have freezer, especially if you spend a week or more in the property. Overall it’s 7/10.

All properties have bedding included and you'll find some essentials in the property for your arrival.

We can book discounted ferry tickets with either Wightlink or Red Funnel, subject to availability. Early booking is essential during school holidays.

There are three car ferry routes to the Isle of Wight, operated by Wightlink from Portsmouth and Lymington, and Red Funnel from Southampton. We can book discounted ferry tickets for you with both Wightlink and Red Funnel, subject to terms and availability.

If you are travelling by public transport, we recommend that you travel by Wightlink Fastcat or Hovertravel Hovercraft from Portsmouth to Ryde. There are frequent bus services from Ryde to Seaview.

The easiest way to see the island is by car. Free parking is available on-site.

If you don't have a car, the No.8 bus stops right outside Sandown Bay Holiday Centre and takes you to Bembridge, St Helens and Ryde, or the other way to Sandown, Shanklin and Newport. The Island Breezer bus can take you to Ventnor, the Needles and Alum Bay and to Yarmouth.

Sandown Bay Holiday Centre is in Sandown, Isle of Wight. Sandown is a popular tourist destination, well known for miles of sandy beaches, running from Culver in the North, through Yaverland, Sandown and Shanklin to Luccombe in the South..

A right turn down the coastal path from the holiday centre takes you down to the dog-friendly Yaverland Beach, which is great for families too.

A left turn up the coastal path takes you to the open fields of Culver Down, with magnificent views across the island. At the top of Culver Down is the dog-friendly Culver Haven Inn.

Close to Sandown Bay Holiday Centre are the Isle of Wight Zoo with lions and tigers. At the chalets, you can hear the lions roar! Also close by to the holiday centre is Dinosaur Isle, Britain's first purpose built dinosaur museum. Dinosaur Isle run fossil hunting walks on Yaverland beach.

Sandown town centre is a short drive from the holiday centre and has small supermarkets and a range of gift and other shops. Sandown Pier is also in Sandown town centre.
