Perfect retreat

We stayed here during a extended stay for a dance competition, Gary was awesome called us just to introduce himself, he was accessible if need be. The neighbors were absolutely lovely to not only us adults but to our girls as well. We loved the view and the sunsets were perfect. We will definitely stay here again if we are ever back to the area.

Beautiful house in a great location!

This house was one of the best houses we’ve stayed in. It was very clean and comfortable for my family of five. In a great location! We fished and crabbed off the back dock. There’s a small beach and a long pier at the end of the development. There were plenty of dishes and appliances in the kitchen. The only issue we had was that the bedding was not all available when we got there even though the listing says bedsheets are provided. I messaged the host and he was unaware that it was missing but he came out within a few hours with bedsheets and blankets. There were plenty of towels.

Beautiful rental

It was a beautiful experience and stay for my whole family. We have paddle boards and such so we love to use the yard and the Bay area to do our paddle boards Home very clean quiet definitely look forward to going back next year.

Loved this home and location.

So happy with our vacation home. Very clean, well taken care of and lots of room, wonderful location. Stores, restaurants, within a short drive. Very relaxing sitting on back deck enjoying the water and wildlife. Lots of fun crabbing and fishing from backyard dock. Looking forward to staying here again. The owner, Gary, is very accommodating and great to deal with.

You have to love the deck and the dock!!!

What can I say about this location. enjoyed every morning waking up sitting on the deck watching the sun rise and fishing for crab on the dock. Was a very clean location with great neighbors. Close to point pleasant and seaside heights you can have a great time out on the town and a quiet night at home. The owner is a guy guy who met us at the property and showed us a great restaurant name MJ's. Great food and you can sit on the deck and watch the boats in the water.

The house was super clean, Gary was so nice and accommodating. House was fully stocked with whatever you need including cooking utensils and pots. The neighbors were super sweet. Honestly we can not wait to go back. Only thing BRING BUG SPRAY. we forgot ours and paid for it.

Amazing House on the Bay

After searching for a beach rental, I came across this home. Gary was very accommodating and informative in regards to local stores, restaurants, and boat rentals. The home is very well equipped, and was more than comfortable for the four of us. We enjoyed the yard on the water, things were easy to find in the kitchen, comfortable beds and couches. The house is not far from local beaches, and the neighbors were all very nice and welcoming. We look forward to renting this home again, before the summer is over.

Great stay

overall loved our stay, plenty of house, clean and quiet neighborhood. Fishing and crabbing (legal ones to boot) right in back yard was great. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars all the way around is the distance to the beach, about a half hour in good traffic. I knew what we were getting into, we're not everyday beach people but wanted review to be helpful. Would definitely consider staying here again if a vacation takes us to the shore.

The house was perfect for our family. It was very spacious and accommodating. It was very clean and had everything we needed. It is in a very nice neighborhood and being right on the water was perfect for crabbing and kayaking. Had a wonderful time and look forward to renting this house again in the future.

best canal in Bayville

What a lovely house. Quiet, safe neighborhood, and deck overlooking the marshes. Place was clean, and had many extras that we did not expect. Beds were comfy, pillows not so much. However, we are very particular about our pillows...... The only complaint, if you want to call it that, is the kitchen is missing a lot of items for cooking. Only one small fry pan, a saute fry pan, and a few sauce pans. Nothing for cooking in the oven. After reading the write up, I assumed I would be able to roast a chicken in the oven, and went to the grocery store before checking in. Had to cook it on the grill. No roasting pan, or baking pans. Minimal flatware for eating. Monika and Gary have a lovely home, and we did enjoy our stay.

The house and the area were both exactly what we were hoping it to be. Beautiful inside and out!

The area is close enough to everything to have fun, but in a perfect area for quiet and natural beauty. It was SO much more spacious than we thought it would be, giving us plenty of sleeping room for a family of six...we could have fit more. We will definitely be back!!

Great vacation spot

This house was the perfect vacation rental for our family. The house itself was clean and well equipped with anything we might need!! The deck opens out to a beautiful and serene canal leading out to the bay, where my kids were able to swim, and watch all kinds of birds. The inside of the house has spacious eating and living areas and bedrooms. Our only complaint of the house is that the only full bathroom , with a tub is very tight if you need to bathe young children (it's an old school bath/shower combo with sliding glass doors). But this is not really a problem with the house, just a problem with our individual needs with two small children. Otherwise the house is a great set up for kids. One of the bedrooms has two twin beds perfect for the kids! Monika was a pleasure to deal with, very prompt and responsive! She answered all our questions quickly and accurately. I would definitely recommend staying at this house and we plan to again next summer!
