From the sunrise on the lagoon to the sunset on the bay, you will enjoy an exceptional experience, from swimming in the outdoor private heated pool to relaxing in the hot tub or on the beach. Located in a quiet neighborhood, this spacious 4/5-bedroom house gives a direct access to the lagoon and complementary access to Ocean Gate beach. The house also offers a large office and free WiFi.
4 adult bikes (with helmets) and 4 one-person kayaks (with paddles and life jackets).
The pool is open from May to September and heated in June and in September.

Myself and seven of my closest nursing school friends came down for the weekend. We had the best time the house was everything and then some. It was a two minute walk to the beach towels, chairs and umbrella was provided. The pool and the hot tub were immaculate. Stefan the house manager met us there and oriented us to the property. We were able to contact him anytime we wanted to. There was also a bar/restaurant 3 to 4 minute car ride. can’t wait to go back next year.

We had a wonderful time at Lagoon Paradise. It truly felt like a paradise- every day looking out at the water, from the house, hot tub, pool, etc. All 8 of us, ages 2 - 80, had plenty to do! The pool was exceptional. Huge and pristine. A large screened-in porch we ate at every meal we were home. We all enjoyed the kayaks, outdoor swing seat, and fire pit. There were even plenty of toys for my 2 year old to play with! They have all you need- beach towels, chairs, toys, buggy, bikes, games, ping pong, and more. You can walk to ocean gate beach in minutes. It’s great to walk the boardwalk. The owner is very responsive and attentive. The downstairs fifth bedroom would be fine for children but was hard for us as there was no real door or privacy and the futon/ pull out was a little small for adults (or my teenage nephews who are over 6 feet tall!). I highly recommend this home!

Perfect for a family vacation

This house was absolutely amazing! It was our first time visiting, and we were blown away by the stunning views, ideal location, and thoughtful amenities. We spent most of our time outside enjoying the pool and hot tub, and loved how quick and easy it was to walk to the community beach. The owners went above and beyond by providing beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, a beach wagon, and more—everything we needed for a fun, stress-free beach day with kids. Evenings by the fire pit were perfect for making s’mores and memories. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and there was plenty of space for everyone. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and are already looking forward to our visit next year!

We thoroughly enjoyed this house! Everyone loved the pool, the view on the channel is spectacular and the location was convenient without being overly commercial. The house is incredibly comfortable and a great space for a multigenerational gathering. We were a family from age 2 through 75 and it was great for everyone.

Paradise!

3 couples, 2 teens, 1 toddler and 2 babies. The home was well equipped for our entire group. We had 2 personal boats docked on site and the teens loved the kayaks and bike rides. 3 days of rain, and we had the ping pong table and foos ball to keep us entertained. Would highly recommend this property.

Thanksgiving with Family

The owners were fantastic - from the welcome to the final check out.. even allowed us to stay longer!!! It was a great spot for family and the location was perfect! The house had everything!! I would definitely recommend this to anyone!

Making memories at a beautiful place ❀

We rented this home for our family to stay at while visiting NJ and also to host a Celebration of Life for my parents who passed. I grew up in Forked River but now live in Florida. We were looking for the perfect place to host a memorial and we stumbled across this beautiful home. We could not have asked for a better experience than what we had. The hosts were amazing and extremely accommodating. The house is beautiful and extremely spacious. Needless to say I think this has turned into a new yearly family trip for us! Thank you so much for everything and we will be back!

Excellent Property and wonderful Hosts!

This property has it all. Spacious, fully stocked and thoughtfully laid out. Everything you need to participate in the shore atmosphere has been thought of and supplied. The Hosts were very informative and provided all the amenities to have a wonderful vacation. We had 4 generations of family and we all had a marvelous time. Perfect vacation!

Stephane and Delphine were a renter's dream. They thought of everything to make any vacation wonderful. We enjoyed the beautiful home with so many thoughtful touches for our grandchildren like the kitchen set and toys in the living area. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool with the beautiful view and at a perfect temperature, the hot tub, and the gorgeous sunsets. The hosts responded quickly and considerately to our questions. Beautiful setting, relaxing property

So much for our teenagers to do on property! Backyard spaces are the highlight of the property. Kitchen was extremely nice. Property owner was extremely accommodating! Boardwalks/shopping within a half hour drive. Loved the property!!

Had a great Memorial weekend stay

We celebrated my son’s birthday and graduation party over the weekend and we had a great stay. The property is clean and spacious. The only request I had that was not granted was the earlier check-in to decorate the place before our scheduled 5pm party starts. It is minor but overall, we had a really good stay and an extended check out time. Thank you!

Great weekend 90 minutes from NYC

Stephan's place is beautiful and exactly as described. My family and I stayed there for a weekend and enjoyed it all - and mainly the outdoors - the pool, jacuzzi, grill, and fire pit. The kitchen is fully equipped and in addition to ping-pong and foosball. there are a lot of board games to use - my nieces loved them. We will be back.

Best Property I have ever stayed at

From the moment you pull in the driveway you can see that the pictures do this place enough justice with its beautiful views and indoor decor. Everything that could have needed was there as well. My group is most definitely going back there and I can’t wait.

Yearly friends trip

7 friends get together annually and this year we chose The Jersey Shore! Our rental was wonderful- spacious, clean and offered a beautiful setting! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and views from the screened-in porch. Well worth the price.

Great Time in Bayview

House was immaculate; pool was great; area was quiet. Kitchen very usable; Bathrooms were ok; Beach not really great; not particularly clean; Needs more pillows for beds; A/C was just fine: Second TV downstairs requires an app to work Upstairs tv was ok Recliner chairs did not recline in living room; Needs more seating in living room for 10 people Poolside chairs and lounges were ok Kayaks were nice; bicycles were nice.
