Just a leisurely stroll from the island's main ferry terminal, the property's prime location on the waterfront grants you unparalleled views of the Firth of Clyde. The Isle of Bute offers a diverse range of activities for visitors seeking natural beauty, historical intrigue, and outdoor adventures. Whether you're an explorer, a history enthusiast, a nature lover, or simply looking for a tranquil getaway, the Isle of Bute has something special for everyone.

Otterburn House offers a harmonious blend of modern luxury and coastal tranquillity. Having recently undergone a remarkable transformation, this inviting property provides ample accommodation for up to 5 guests. A thoughtfully designed combination of king-size and single beds caters to various sleeping preferences. The property's versatile layout features a ground-level bedroom complete with an en-suite shower room. Two further bedrooms are located on the upper floor. With the added convenience of an enclosed private garden, this property is the perfect retreat for a memorable getaway. Four-legged family can join in the holiday fun as we also welcome two well-behaved dogs. There are no assigned parking spaces or private parking facilities, however ample on-street parking for multiple vehicles is available outside the property. STL Registration: AR00349F ERC rating D

Beautiful property right on the seafront. Very well equipped with lots of extra touches. Great for dog owners with blankets, bowls, bed etc all provided for your furry friend. Host Barbara was extremely helpful and communication was excellent. Would definitely recommend for a few days away and the glorious weather we had was an added bonus.

The owner was great to deal with and communicated throughout the lead up to and during our holiday. She went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Travelling with my wife, elderly mother and a 6 month old the accommodation was exactly what we needed. I have never stayed somewhere that is so thoughtfully equipped - especially in the kitchen. The location was handy for ferry, shops and restaurants. The views from the front of the house were fantastic, especially at sunset.The Island itself was a great place to spend the week. Helped by the weather, the beaches are great and the water the clearest I’ve ever swim in.Thanks for a great week!

This was a really perfect stay. Just as described and really beautiful. Everything we and our pup needed for a rainy few days at the beach. The location is perfect, the beds comfortable and the host really accommodating. We would have loved to stay for longer and the dog definitely didn’t want to leave!

Perfect accommodation for our mini break!

The property was perfect - beautifully decorated to a high standard, felt like we were staying in a luxury hotel. Very comfortable and had everything we could possibly have needed. Owner was very communicative (not that we had any questions but knew we could get hold of her if needed to.) View from property was just gorgeous. And location was great, just a few minutes walk to ferry terminal and local amenities. (Pubs restaurants shops etc.)Thank you!

Brilliant place & central to everything

This property is fabulous. It is definitely a home from home, has everything you need & i would live here full-time. Fantastic views & very central to town. The beds are very comfortable & has great extras like phone chargers for any phone. Power shower & as it was a winter holiday the heating kept the house lovely & cosy. We had the best time & a very restful holiday. The hosts were attentive & went above & beyond when i accidentally left my jewellery. We would highly recommend this property for a great stay in Rothesay. Love,love,loved it. 12/10.
