I'm truly sorry to read this comment, especially since it doesn't reflect the reality of the apartment or the experience of other guests, who have in fact left very high ratings. The building is located in a central area of ​​the city, in a historic building with an entrance that may appear run-down, but is clean and secure. The apartment has been recently renovated: the vaulted ceilings are over 4 meters high, there are two large double bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a table for six, exactly as shown in the photos (I should point out that there were only two of you). Upon your arrival, I contacted you several times because you refused to provide the legally required information and had left under the pretext of looking for parking. Only several hours after check-in did you communicate your intention not to stay. During the phone calls before your arrival, I tried to assist you, because you had gotten lost in unsavory neighborhoods and far from the property. You never reported any problems upon arrival and you refused to enter the apartment. The city can be chaotic and in some areas even dirty, but unfortunately this is beyond our control. The message you received was offensive and did not warrant a response, especially since you had already decided not to stay without notifying us. However, we continue to work diligently and transparently to offer our guests a pleasant experience consistent with what is shown in the photos and described in the listing.
