This place was great! The location could not have been better right in the middle of Quattro Canti, walking distance to everything including historic sites, restaurants and shops. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. The washing machine came in very handy. Franco is a great host with ease of communication and recommendations. Self check in and check out was seamless. I was so pleased with this property that I booked it again for next year.

Beautiful apartment! Great location! Franco and Maria were wonderful to work with. They were very accommodating and helped us set up transportation from our parking to the apartment since my parents would have had a difficult time walking with luggage to the apartment. The walk is not far but would have been difficult for my elderly parents with luggage in tow. The apartment was modern and spacious and conveniently located. I highly recommend! Thank you Franco and Maria for hosting us!

Host was great, Place was great and exactly as described on website. location was perfect; 20 steps to Quatro Canti, 10 min walk to Norman Palace, 10 min walk to opera and symphony,10 min walk to port. We walked to the Norman Palace and took the Hop-on-hop-off bus to Monreal and we took the train to the Agrigento. The only shortcomings were not a sharp knife in kitchen and a cloths dryer would have been helpful. All in all a wonderful tip. I will stay there again when I come back.

Casa Petra is truly a perfect place to stay! Cleanliness is a solid 10/10 – the apartment is spotless, very well maintained, and extremely comfortable. The location is excellent, close to everything, yet quiet enough for a relaxing stay.A special mention goes to Franco, one of the best hosts we’ve ever had. He is incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help, with great local recommendations and excellent communication. From the very first moment, we felt truly welcome.Highly recommended to anyone visiting Palermo – we would gladly stay here again!

This apartment is amazing just metres from the Quattro Canti and great restaurants. The apartment is immaculate, three bedrooms and room to spread out. The host’s communications and prior to our arrival was fantastic and met us to guide us and the car into the apartment. I can’t speak highly enough of this apartment- probably the best I have ever stayed in.

Fantastic helpful hosts, great location, great apartment.

Located just a couple of minutes from Quattro Canti in the heart of Palermo. Franco and Maria are fantastic hosts. Franco met us and lead us to the parking garage that he had arranged for us, helped us with our bags and got us settled in. We had a great stay.

Close to everything

We had a great stay. The apartment is very clean, comfortable beds, and plenty of room to accompany our family of 4. The location is close to main attractions, and many restaurants close by. Very easy to communicate with Franco regarding what we needed.

Week in paradise

Outstanding location! Franco and Maria were wonderful hosts. Franko even arranged a transfer from the airport for us. We travel in Europe frequently, staying in holiday homes, and we put this in the top three. Hope to return with our son and daughter-in-law.

Middle of Palermo

Right in the middle of the historic district of Palermo. The apartment was perfect for touring the entire area. Everything was setup for our entire family.

Great stay in central location

We had a lovely night in Palermo. Franco was helpful all the way through the process, even going out of his way to store our bags. We loved the centrality of the apartment and thought it was excellent value for money. Highly recommend.
