Notre maison nouvellement meublée se trouve au cœur de la scène de divertissement de Memphis au centre-ville. Nous sommes situés à trois pâtés de maisons de l'Orpheum, du Musée des droits civiques et du Forum FedEx. La rue Pyramid, Peabody et Beale est juste en bas de la rue. Vous trouverez de bons restaurants, des restaurants locaux et le meilleur barbecue (que vous soyez fan de Rendezvous ou Central) en 5 minutes à pied. Avec un parking fermé, il est facile de monter dans la voiture et faire le court 15 minutes en voiture de l'aéroport, STAX Museum, Sun Studios et Elvis 'Graceland!

This was one of the best rental properties we have stayed. The location is incredibly close to great restaurants and coffee shops. It is walking distance to everything downtown Memphis. The place was clean and well stocked with everything you could possibly need. We only spent a weekend here but already looking at when we can do this again.

We had a fantastic stay for my 54th birthdat at this downtown Memphis Townhouse! The space was incredibly spacious and comfortable, giving everyone plenty of room to relax. One of our favorite touches was the great coffee selection, such a nice perk to start the day.The ping pong table was a huge hit and made for some really fun downtime. We also really appreciated the gated parking lot, which made everything so convenient and stress-free. The location couldn’t have been better, we were within walking distance to almost everything we wanted to see and do.The host was friendly, helpful, and very responsive, making the entire experience smooth from start to finish. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Memphis!

Weekend Getaway

The location is the perfect spot. Close to all downtown attractions and great places to eat! Our host was very welcoming and offered suggestions on great food. The rooms wereveryclean and spacious. Will definitely come back!

Graduation Weekend

It was a perfect weekend and the townhouse was just perfect for our stay. Cory was fantastic to work with. A little noisy at times but it adds to the character of the townhouse and the area. We will stay again.

Location!

You can not beat the location. Can walk to great restaurants and Beale street. The space is so comfortable and well equipped. We had a great girls weekend.

Absolutely perfect

This is the second time I have stayed in this wonderful property. The accommodation large and spacious and is beautifully furnished. It is within walking distance of the Central station, and there is a tram stop across the road. Great location for Beal Street and many other tourist attractions.

Perfect Location!

This was an absolutely perfect location and very comfortable accommodations for our girls trip. It was an easy (and safe) walk to Beale St, Peabody, Civil Rights Museum, and lots of great shops and restaurants. The rooms were spacious and clean and we enjoyed having plenty of space to relax when we werent out and about. Also really appreciated the gated parking. The owner met us when we arrived and made sure we had everything we needed. Would not hesitate to stay again!

Great property within walking distance of so much

This is a great property with all the amenities I could ever need; equipped kitchen, private rooms, 2 full bathrooms. There is little need for a car with so many restaurants and venues within walking distance. It's right along the trolley line which we used to go back and forth from Beale Street and Ernestine and Hazels. The property owners were great with check-in, and the check-out requirements were very simple and easy to accommodate. We're so glad we picked this place.

Property fit the bill for us. The only downside has nothing to do with the property. There is a club located very close by and late night music was an issue several nights.

Check-in and check-out were completely hassle-free, and I felt genuinely welcomed from the moment I arrived.The location couldn’t have been more perfect—right in the heart of downtown Memphis, making it incredibly easy to explore the city. Despite being so central, the property felt like a peaceful, cozy retreat. It was absolutely adorable—stylish, well-appointed, and had everything I could possibly need. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials, the wifi was strong throughout my stay (which was important for me), and the bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in while traveling.Cleanliness was clearly a priority—the space was spotless. I also felt very safe during my entire stay, which made it even easier to relax and enjoy the trip.Honestly, the experience was even better than the pictures—and that’s saying something. I came in with high hopes, and somehow this place still managed to surprise me in the best way. I’d come back in a heartbeat and will absolutely be recommending this gem to anyone heading to Memphis!
