Overall the property was perfect for 6 adults and 1 dog especially having a large kitchen and good size garden meant it was great for all of us to be together socially in the evenings.The floors were a bit dusty but overall the property was clean

The property was close to all amenities and garden was lovely and secure for the dog. The lovely big kitchen was fabulous as we could all sit down together and have meals and the tiled floor was wonderfully cool for the dog.It met all our needs especially the games room for the teenagers.Was a lovely period house where all our family could meet up and holiday together.

We had a lovely week away with the kids and dog at Mill Villa. It was perfectly placed for evening walks with the dog on the beach and for day trips out to nearby locations. Sarah was amazing with her recommendations for places to visit and her general communication. Definitely recommended!!

Ideal house for family birthday. Plenty of room with added bonus on games room. Kitchen very well equipped. Pet friendly with lovely enclosed garden. Host Sarah easy to contact and very pleasant, slight problem with boiler but she responded very quickly and got it sorted. House well positioned for walks to the beach and local bars/restaurants.

Great house and location.

Such a pretty house with great facilities and outdoor seating. Good location to get to the beach, to get into town and not too far from pleasure beach/ pleasurewood hills. We all had a lovely time.

Perfect for short get away

Lovely comfortable house, 5 mins to beach and pub. 20 mins from Southwold and a great spot for a weekend away with friends or family. The games room was popular and the Host was really helpful. Very happy to recommend.

Great spot

Been to the area many times on holiday, usually caravans but decided to stay in a house instead. Great location and lovely walk along the coast a 5 min walk away. Lovely dog friendly pubs walking distance. House lovely, with everything you need. Would go back. Host was very accomodating and helpful.

We had a brilliant New Year break at Mill Villa. Its location is perfect if you love a quick walk to the beach. Food shops are within a few minutes walk, which was perfect for us. Some really good pubs within walking distance too. The house itself was great, really comfy beds, two great reception rooms one with a darts board and pool table, which were great fun. Great size kitchen, which was perfect for a good dance on NYE. One of the shower rooms is downstairs and the shower is quite small, it didn’t bother us in the least.The Welcome Pack from Sarah was very generous and very much appreciated. We loved it.

4 night break

The house was a great size for the six of us. We enjoyed eating together at the table in the lovely big kitchen. The games room was used in the evening and we all (including our dogs) loved our daily long walks along the beach.

Family birthday weekend

The property was very easy to find, the whole house was well appointed but I was especially impressed with the ‘farmhouse’ kitchen. The games room was a big hit with everyone. The bedrooms were all a great size with comfortable beds. The beach - an easy walk away- was perfect as the nearest bit is dog friendly (year round). Overall, it was an ideal place for our family break away, we all thoroughly enjoyed it.
