You definitely booked River View which is our 6 berth/2 bedroom caravan as clearly stated. You made no contact prior to booking to check this, but it is clear on the listing that there are only 2 bedrooms. There was NEVER a change to the address OR the caravan that you had booked, it was always River View. As I explained, all our passes are booked through the same account which happens to be Swan View and I also told you to ignore that as it had no relevance to which caravan you were booked into! As explained, Guest Passes are nothing to do with us, and nor are the cost of facilities. All complaints regarding these or entertainment need to be taken up directly through Away Resorts. If Away Resorts staff were in anyway not polite, this also needs to be taken up with them. I, as usual was always on hand. No you're right, River View doesn't have access to the lake, that's why we don't advertise this. Unfortunately, we have no control over the weather and what facilities are open/closed I am sorry you misread the listing but you were 100% booked in our 2 bedroom caravan

We're glad you enjoyed our caravan. We're aware we don't overlook the lake, which is why we do state we don't have a view, and don't say that we overlook the lake. We also state that we are a bit of a walk from the main complex. The hot-tub could've been turned down if required. We're also aware of the slow wi-fi, which again, we do mention to guests, but we are in the process of trying to sort this out, but unfortunately most of the properties on site have the same problem.
